Bad service, dirty rooms, waiters do not speak English

Sehr schönes Hotel, super nettes Personal. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis völlig ok. Sehr gute Pizza direkt im Hotel, mir wurde mein Lieblingscocktail gemixt obwohl er nicht auf der Karte stand. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr gut war das Frühstück und die Umgebung

Zimmer mit Balkon war gut,bis auf die Toilette die war sehr klein und eng, ein paar kräftige Menschen haben dadrin Probleme

Es gibt einige Minuspunkte

Personal war freundlich,konnte aber kein Deutsch
Montag Anreise,Heizung war kalt; Es waren Außentemperatur 5grad
Es musste Kaution bezahlt werden im Hotel bei Check in
Hab ich auch noch nie gehabt
Sauna musste nach 30min bezahlt werden
Check out gab es keine Rechnung,sollte online kommen
Sitzmöbel in der Lobby waren dreckig und fleckig

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub nicht zufrieden stellend

The breakfast is great. The staff is helpful. The location is very good. Unfortunately they are not so good at cleaning the rooms.

Zimmer modern und sauber, aber etwas eng.
Freundlicher, toller Service und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

To long check in
The bar was a little boring, sold out of some drinks.
The only positive was the breakfast.
And there was a lot of problems with the locker too the room, it didn’t work.

We Used this hotel for one night. 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but got a single room with 2 beds. They didnt have anything Else.
The pool/spa was closed. And restaurant at night a terrible visit. A 3 course menu came all within 30 minuts, didnt even finish starters before main came on, same with desserts.
The Girl at the reception was Very friendly and breakfast great. But overall not What we expected by a 4* hotel.

The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. And then the day before we were leaving there was no water so we could not take a shower after a long day of skiing, or make a coffee. Throughout our stay and all these situations the management did nothing to comfort its guests. No compensation was offered, no help with at least getting a hot coffee or tea when there was no water. Very poor customer service all the way.

Schlechtes Essen, schlechte Kommunikation, lange Wartezeiten

The place is supposed to look exclusive, but in the heart of it the building is renovated/serviced poorly and a chair in my room had ominous white stains. The service was ok.

Great place, good breakfast and attentive staff!! Plus we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our unexpected balcony!!

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. L'établissement est situé à plus de 1km du centre ville mais au pied des pistes (télésièges fermés en été).

Pas de clim dans les chambres, c'est un peu rude quand il fait très chaud et que les fenêtres ne peuvent que s’entrebâiller.

Výborná poloha naproti lanovka a za hotelem začátek běžecké trasy, vstřícný personál, výborné snídaně, obecně velice slušná úroveň, na kterou na našich horách nenarazíte často.
