What you pay is what you get
Pros:

Important - price includes room only. Air conditioner and safe - with extra pay. Room service only takes out garbage bags - no floor wash or towels change, no additional toilet paper. There was a bar behind the wall of our room - the noise was pretty annoying, one night someone thought it is a good idea to throw pool balls on the wall on 1:30 AM - I needed to come there and ask barman to ask them to stop. But the owner of the hotel is very nice guy, and swimming pool is good. The neighborhood is beautiful and pastoral, and tourists feel very comfortable there (everybody speaks English and is willing to help). The seashore is at 20 minutes walk distance. Conclusion - nice and not very expensive place with some issues that can be solved.
