Ett fantastiskt hotell med en atmosfär som är helt underbar! Allt från reception, lobbybar, restaurang och olika sittgrupper för samkväm när man kommer in omfamnar en med en familjär känsla. Personalen är helt underbar och har en servicenivå utöver det vanliga. Alla i personalen var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Vill dock rikta ett särskilt stort tack till receptionspersonalen som hjälpte mig på ett fantastiskt sätt när jag befann mig i en utsatt situation! Rummen är smakligt inredda med tung sammet i vackra färger och trots att vi bodde på första våningen mot spårvägen hörde vi inte mycket av trafiken. Sängarna underbart sköna och det gick att få nackkudde, mycket bra! Vi kommer definitivt att boka det här hotellet igen vid nästa resa till Göteborg. /Anna-Lena Cederwall

Lovely hotel with old world charm!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with old world charm and lots of character. The staff in reception and at the breakfast buffet were really nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant ambience was nice but the food could be better.

Jag älskar Göteborg men bor nog på ett annat hotell nästa gång.
Pros:

Läget och charmen i entren

Cons:

Stopp i avloppet i tvättstället som visserligen åtgärdades men det ”bubblade” även fortsatt.
Golvet i duschen absolut inte gjort efter gällsnde regler, helt plant utan lutning mot avloppet, hela golvytan täcktes av vatten. Den dåligs belysningen i badrummet omöjliggör sminkning😫😫😫

Pros:

Sveriges mysigaste hotell. Jag älskar hur ni har bevarat allt det gamla. Jättebra frukost med ekologiska ägg! Supersköna sängar. Underbar miljö.

Cons:

Ta bort tavlan på transvestiten i hissen. Det måste inte finnas vänster politiska budskap precis överallt. Ibland kan man bara få koppla av från sånt.
