Personalen var trevliga. Frukosten bra

Cons:

Liten hiss och och inte tillgänglig hela dygnet. Endast bemannat mellan 16.00-22.00 och då var det öppet från framsidan samt hissen tillgänglig.
Mellan 22.00 -16.00 var det endast ingång på baksidan med kod och då var det trapp som jag inte kan gå i själv då jag har rullator.

Bra,men lite slitet hotell. Perfekt för övernattning
Pros:

Bra läge i centrum. Utgång direkt till parkeringen.
Helt ok frukost, saknade inget.

It is in an ideal location and used to look better than it does today - it seems a little run down now

Cons:

During our stay we had problems accessing the property in the first instance as there were no staff on site. In general the hotel has a policy of an unmanned reception and there are no staff overnight. The lift is very temperamental, often stopping in between floors. None of my requests were granted, we had a 3rd floor room facing the car park. The bath was a spa bath and although this seemed fantastic the water that ran into the bath had a tinge. We had a terrace that initially seemed lovely but the tarmac was crumbling, it had not been swept or cleaned j. Some time as bits faeces, gravel and glass was found making it unusable. It took about 30 mins to gain access to the hotel and were then told that there were no services all weekend due to midsummer. On the second night when we arrived back at the hotel the bar was open and we were both hungry and thirsty so went to the bar. We were told we could have one drink only as it was as Sunday - and although he was advised by others it was Saturday he kept saying no.
He did not like the complaint from my husband and a row started - the staff member tried to get escalate the row - calling my husband names and swearing at both of us. It took time for the situation to calm. He was as telling other guests what was going on and tried to engage them in the row. Once both staff member and my husband calmed they shook hands. Many people started to arrive in the bar and he came to tell us he as keeping the bar open until 10 especially for us; it seemed provocative. The rest of the stay went smoothly.
