Frukosten var inte som tidigare. Saknade bl a våfflor som vi hade förväntat oss. Men kanske svårt när det är många hotel

Ett dubbelrum med två separerade sängar. Men vi fixade det själva.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och frukosten har helt ok. Läget var jättebra.

Cons:

Priset motsvarade inte rummet och övrig miljö. Vi upplevde det omodernt utan charm. Rummet var väldigt varmt.

Centralt och bra, nära till allt! Vi har ju bott här förut och har inget att jämföra med! Det är ett jättefint hotell

Jag tycker att personalen i receptionen borde kunna visa lite mer flexibilitet och inte bara följa regelverket slaviskt. Jag anlände före kl. 15.00, och trots att det fanns färdigstädade rum fick jag vänta på grund av interna rutiner. Ett par som anlände efter mig fick sitt rum hela tre timmar tidigare. Det känns extra tråkigt med tanke på att man som ensamresande redan betalar dubbelt pris, och då blir bemötandet ännu mer frustrerande. Till slut fick jag ändå rummet, men upplevelsen lämnade ett dåligt intryck. Rummet i sig var dock fint, välstädat och smakfullt inrett, och jag hoppas att hotellet i framtiden kan hantera liknande situationer med lite mer förståelse för gästen.
