Vilken entré! Kristallkronor, högt i tak……God frukost! Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Super med parkering direkt utanför hotellet.

Det behövs fler krokar och hylla för necessär i badrum. Fler krokar och avlastningsytor i rummet. Skohorn. Och ska man inte gå in och städa i rummet under vistelsen, måste man ladda upp med fler rullar toapapper - det vill man kanske inte springa runt och be om…

Det var godt til pengene.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var fin, der var hvad man har behov for, pænt udvalg! Godt brød, æg og bacon, pålæg, youhurt med mere.
Personalet var meget venligt når man spurgte om noget. Værelset var fint. Sengene var ok. Rart at vi havde et værelse i stuetagen.

Cons:

Roomservice var der ikke så meget af. Der var en slags aircon. i rummet som larmede alt for meget når den var tændt. Ellers var det ok.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Bardzo polecam
Pros:

Hotel bardzo czysty i przyjemny. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna. śniadanie smaczne i w miłej atmosferze.

Cons:

Dodatkowo płatny parking.

Pros:

Hotel was located in walking distance from the city center and had good parking. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was charged extra for parking and the restaurant was closed. As a substitute the hotel highly recommended a pizza place across the street however the food there was awful. Additionally the window blinds were not adequate resulting in bad sleep in the light Nordic night.

Pros:

Trevlig personal som kunde hjälpa oss innan vi ens anlände om vissa saker och var väldigt närvarande och glada när vi kom. Frukost bra. Allt rent. Svalt och skönt med fläkt i rummen. Allt gick enkelt. Vi som har elbil kan både ladda vpra bilar utanflr hotellet samt stå där över natten.

Ett standard hotell som fungerar lagom. Stadsparken i Vänersborg var jättefin!
Pros:

Parkering vid hotellet. Gångavstånd till centrum med restauranger. Rent o välstädat.

Cons:

Receptionen stängde kl 19.00. Sedan ingen service alls. Visserligen låg beläggning när vi besökte, men det får gärna vara personal tillgängligt ut på kvällen.
