A very pleasant stay with excellent staff, a convenient location, and plenty of history to explore
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ickale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I initially got a smoking room because I had forgotten to request a non-smoking one, but they changed it immediately without any problem. The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed my morning walks through Ankara’s historic centre and up to the impressive Ankara Castle.

Instalaciones, spa, indoor pool, ubicacion

Cons:

Tuve un episodio surrealista. El manager del hotel nos obsequio con fruta, pero necesitabamos un cuchillo para poder comernosla. Pedimos al servicio de habitaciones dos cervezas y un cuchillo, pero solo trajeron las cervezas. Llame otra vez, como no hablaban ingles me pasan a Recepción, allí hablaban poco inglés, pero a duras penas me explican que no me pueden servir un cuchillo porque es un objeto peligroso, tuvimos que comer la fruta a bocados. Tengo curiosidad porque en la carta de servicio de habitaciones había filetes de carne, imagino que no habrá que comerlo a bocados.

Pros:

Уютные кровати, хорошая шумоизоляция, чистый номер, красивый вид из окна, месторасположение.

Cons:

Ограничение на горячую воду, в какой-то момент из крана начала идти ржавая вода.

Отсутствует ёршик для унитаза в ванной комнате

На три человека в номере было всего 2 бутылки воды
В SPA работает персонал, который не говорит на английском и в принципе даже не пытается помочь. Что бы поплавать в бассейне - надо платить 200 лир за шапочку.
Так же сам SPA требует ремонта

Pros:

Le service de voiturier et la gentillesse du voiturier.

Cons:

La télévision est un peu galère à utiliser et surtout on a du mal à l'éteindre. La douche alterne chaud et froid de façon aléatoire.

HOTEL CENTRICO Y BUENAS INSTALACIONES DE SPA
Pros:

Hotel centrico, grande y con muy buenos servicios de spa, gratuitos y utilizables para niños (piscina caliente, jacuzzi, baño de sal...). Muy buen desayuno y en una zona tranquila. Habitaciones espaciosas. Buena relacion calidad-precio

Good hotel with signs outside that its a 5 star but only a low 4 star
Pros:

Good location short walk to Maltepe metro staion and 10-15 minute step free walk to the main station.
Good basic 4 star hotel lot of the extras are missing like fae cloths, tissues etc.

Cons:

We had a twin room which was designed for a double facing the outside, but the our beds were sideways up against the wall with electric switches half way along the wall.Only 3 plugs in the room, one by a table and the others useless as up against the bed.
There is an A/c unit in the room and the controls for the a/c were all there on the opposite wall (temperature, fan speed etc) but it seems it is all controlled centrally by the hotel.
So as we were there in late September we could have cold air at the speed we wished but on the 1st October the hotel decided it was winter and we could only have hot air.
It seems you can only control the speed of the air cold in summer and hot winter.
In the restaurant only 5 tables for 2, all the other tables over 20 were for 6-8 and close together.

Soggiorno fantastico, assolutamente consigliato! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all’Hotel Ickale di Ankara e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un ambiente elegante, accogliente e molto curato.

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La pulizia è stata impeccabile e tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel sono ben tenuti.

Una menzione speciale va sicuramente al personale: gentile, disponibile, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e trattati con grande attenzione per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Ottima anche la colazione, con una buona varietà di scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina, la spa, il bagno turco e le strutture per il relax, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: l’hotel è comodo per visitare Ankara e per spostarsi facilmente anche con i mezzi pubblici.

In conclusione, un’esperienza eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, personale eccezionale e servizi di alto livello. Se dovessi tornare ad Ankara, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo l’Hotel Ickale.

10/10, assolutamente consigliato!
