Great Location
Pros:

Location was simply excellent and whilst I had some concerns based on earlier reviews re cleanliness they were unfounded.
Arranged a transfer through the Hotel which was good and the driver was happy to amend the pick up to about 0120am due to a flight delay.

Consigliatissima
Pros:

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, molto bella da vedere soprattutto dall'esterno.
Posizione ottima, vicino ai servizi ed alla fermata della Jet Bus.
Il personale è stato accogliente e gentilissimo!
La camera era davvero carina e pulita!
La colazione a buffet molto ricca.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema secondo giorno senza acqua la mattina. Chiesto spiegazioni, è stata ripristinata dopo qualche ora ma solo fredda. Siamo stati tutti il giorno fino alla sera senza acqua calda. Avrebbero potuto dire di avere un problema da risolvere ma ad ogni sollecito rispondevano con “tra poco tutto funzionerà”. Non avere acqua o acqua caldo è un disagio

أروع مكان للأقامة و يتميز بالفن و الصور و اللوحات و يوجد مجسم للبتراء في الاستقبال
Pros:

فندق رائع ، و الخدمة ممتازة جدا ، و طاقم العمل متميز كذلك .
الموقع بوسط البلد و قريب جدا على كل ما أحتاج
الغرفة التي أقمت فيها مطلة على وسط البلد و كانت الاطلالة جميلة

Cons:

Everything. It stank of seweage. Dirt on sirting boards thick. Limescale everywhere in bathroom. Just filthy. Not in my view fit for a hotwl.

Convenient until I catch my next flight.
Pros:

Location is great, high speed wifi, responsive front desk.

Cons:

Not super clean, shower water takes too long to heat up, the vegetables in my breakfast were not washed and the hummus was dry from being exposed for too long.

good also for people with mobility problems, there is a lift, steps involved from the street to the rooms!

Excellent place to start from and discover Amman , most welcoming staff of Jordan
Pros:

Though some rooms could do with an update the staff , reception, cleaning service,restaurant are incredible whatever it is you need they are happy to help! The place is carried by its wonderfull and accommodating staff , I’ve extended my stay due to this . Safe and comfortable location everything nearby.

Cons:

Thankfully the rooms are a bit older so I was able to recieve 5 star service in a 3 star accommodation. Everything is very functional but could be a bit more pretty
