Pros:

Spitze das gesamte Team und jeder Wunsch wurde innerhalb einiger Minuten erfüllt.
Bei uns ging es um einen Lesestuhl und RATZ FATZ 5 Minuten später war dieser im Zimmer.
Der CHEF war für jeden Gast da und auch ZEIT für ein Gespräch, alle ACHTUNG.
Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist, die FREUDE, das LÄCHELN usw. stimmte und war ECHT, nicht aufgesetzt.

Schönes kleines Hotel, aber für 5* unzureichendes Frühstückbuffet und Service teilweise ungenügend
Pros:

Kleiner aber feiner SPA, Zentrums Lage und trotzdem ruhig, schönes Zimmer 3. Stock de luxe, sehr schöner Aussenbereich Garten mit kleinem Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Für 5*-Niveau nicht passend: Minibar nur 1x pro Aufenthalt nachgefüllt (trotz angebrochener Flasche!), keine Kaffee-Maschine auf dem Zimmer, Qualifikation von Service-Personal (Gaststube und Zimmer) meist unterdurchschnittlich - freundlich aber unzuverlässig/unaufmerksam, das Frühstücks-Buffet entsprach eher 3*-Niveau - wahr enttäuschend, Preis-Leistung bei à la carte-Nachtessen stimmt gar nicht. Beispiel: netter Abschieds-Reiseproviant mit Wasser, kleinen Industriewaffeln und 2 faulen Äpfel war typisch bezeichnender Abschluss.

The hotel, with its city-inspired décor, truly makes you feel at the heart of the experience. The service was excellent, the location outstanding, and the staff were amazing—especially the concierge, who booked our tickets and provided maps and accurate information that helped us enjoy two unforgettable days surrounded by the beautiful nature and mountains of Austria.
