Pros:

V Residenci Vocelova jsem byla ubytována již počtvrté a vždy jsem byla moc spokojená. Krásné apartmány s bohatým vybavením. Milý personál. Perfektní lokace, ale zároveň v klidné ulici.

Cons:

Trochu mi vadil hluk plynového kotle, který byl za dveřmi ložnice.

Lo mejor la atención del personal, muy amablemente nos ayudaron en todo. También agradecimos los detalles de bienvenida. El apartamento estaba súper limpio, felicidades al equipo de limpieza. Zona muy tranquila pero a la vez cercana a zonas de ocio y casco antiguo. Volvería a repetir son duda.

Cons:

En el salón no había cortinas oscuras lo cuál impedía dormir bien a quien usaba el sofá cama. Las almohadas podrían mejorar.

Taká čistota sa nevidí a to cestujeme do Prahy 15 rokov 2-3 krát ročne.

Amazing location, amazing staff and perfect for families!
Pros:

We were greeted at the reception and showed the property.
Everything was super clean, beds were arranged as we requested in advance and the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The location is amazing, everything is reachable by foot and restaurants + supermarkets are just around the corner.
Staff cleaned the apartment daily, including dishes.
We will definitely go back!

Einmaliger Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt - von der Ankunft (auch mit vorheriger Kommunikation mit Stepan), check in, Infos die wir erhalten haben. Appartement super, sauber, toll ausgestattet. Wurde jeden Tag gereinigt inkl. Geschirr spülen. Bekamen jeden Tag ein kleines Geschenk (Kekse, Obstteller, Frizzante). Meine Freundin hatte am Tag unserer Ankunft Geburtstag - am nächsten Tag erwartete sie eine kleine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit im Appartement. Lage einmalig, zentral aber doch ruhig. In ein paar Gehminuten in der Stadt, diverse Geschäfte und Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Auch unsere Kinder waren sehr begeistert. So wurde unser Kurzurlaub in Prag zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis, nächstes Mal unbedingt wieder😁!

We had a very good stay and felt truly welcomed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an inconvenience on our side as we accidentally left the keys inside the room late at night. However, within about 10 minutes a very kind man arrived and helped us resolve the situation. We really appreciated this quick support.

The approach to guests feels very personal. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small surprise left on the table. The staff also offered to clean the room, even though our stay was only for two nights. The room itself is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent. All the places we wanted to visit were nearby, and the staff also recommended interesting spots around the area. The internet connection worked well without any issues.

Cons:

As for minor downsides, there were no slippers provided. The living room floor is old and quite noisy, so slippers would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, our request for them was forgotten. The walls are also a bit thin, and we could hear a child crying in a nearby room for part of the day.
