Disgusting Nightmare

Nothing absolutely disgusting

Cons:

Everything, disgusting room with disgusting bed, it had blood stains and hair, the room is dusty and dirty, no enough lights and the AC is not working

Very simple, you get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was good to the theme parks and water parks.
The pool are was lovely

Cons:

The access at night was greatly reduced. The rooms could do with clean towels on arrival ours were makeup soiled

El personal muy amable , atentos

Cons:

Las colas terribles para entrar a los juegos ,te ponían que tardaba media hora en la espera pero supero más de una hora demasiada gente en el parque , te ponen que pensión completa y te hacen pagar la comida del parque, que es carísima , la comida en el hotel muy básica por no decir otra cosa

Cons:

Staffs attitude stinks, came a couple of years ago and had the exact same issue. Asked for room close to park and twin beds while checking in was told yes. When given room number knew this was very far away from park so questioned and told this was the only room in the entire hotel. Was not able to book breakfast asked for time at reception again was told couldn’t go for the time we wanted dispute their systems being the issue. During all my frustration not one apology which would have definitely at least diffused my frustration but it was almost as if it was my fault and I was an inconvenience

El parking. Me estropeó el coche co la resina o no se lo que era. Aún no conseguí sacar de la pintura los restos del árbol que se pegaron
