Amazing stay for anyone who loves theme parks

L’hôtel est beau, la chambre peu spacieuse mais confortable. Belle piscine.

Notre séjour à malheureusement été un peu gâché par la mauvaise information reçue d’une employée de la réception ! Du coup, nous avons perdu notre accès à Ferrari Land. On nous a proposé de repayer nos tickets à 50 % ( alors qu’ils n’avaient pas été utilisé, le service client le voyait!) car bien évidemment à l’hôtel personne n’a reconnu l’erreur! Nous avons refusé en sachant que nous allions devoir encore en plus acheté un express pass !Les temps d’attente dans ces 2 parcs sont énormes! Du coup, quand on fait le rapport qualité/prix pour notre séjour c’est excessivement cher! On n’y retournera pas préférant d’autres parcs en Europe !

A stay that truly exceeded expectations for the whole family. Comfort for adults and fun for kids
Pros:

The room was beautiful and well-equipped with modern facilities. It was cleaned every day during our stay, and we were all thoroughly impressed. Fabulous pools and great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this hotel—we were delighted with every aspect. It’s a fantastic all-round choice for the whole family

Comodidad para ir al parque. Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda. Personal encantador, todos. Bufet variado y rico.

Location is great but it’s overpriced!

I like location but for such price it’s overpriced.

Cons:

Apartment was not enough, furniture is really old. There was mold in the bathroom, just like in other hotels in the series.
