Baan Thai Resort

Arrived late night and the reception reply she doesnt`t found my fully paied booking with Hotel.com. When I checkout no one at reception and had to wait for like 20 minutes. The swimming pool is not clean enought. Building is quite old and make a lot noise especially bed. Not value for money will not come again.

Everything is terrible except for the staff. Terrible air conditioner, terrible water shower (barely a dribble), terrible TV (haven't seen a CRT for 20 years), terrible fridge (at least 20 years old and no shelves).

Everything there was worst, we got a nightmare there. The bed was cracked, bed sheets and bedroom floor were dirty and a lot of bugs in the room. We got very noisy from the outside bar and other rooms.

古い木造建築で落ち着きのある宿。エアコンはありませんが扇風機で十分でした。つけっ放しだと朝方寒いぐらい。屋外プールは２つあると書かれていましたが１つしかありませんでした。近隣には飲食店が多数あり、食事には困りません。旧市街へも、乗合バスで20〜30バーツでいけます。

１．エアコなし２．窓壊れていて開かず３．受付の態度悪し４．部屋の電気つかず５．風呂の換気扇回らず
６．シャワー用の電気水沸器動作せず７．プールの水濁っていた８．空港からのシャトルありと記載すれども実態はＴＡＸＩ有料９．部屋の一部が壊れ蚊が外部から一杯侵入１０．ＴＶ設置あるもリモートみなく、アンテナは接続されてなく映らない、ブラウン管式、あまりに古い１１．部屋にスリッパもない１２．いぬ、猫がそこら中にいる、戸をかけておくと勝手に入ってくる　これ以外にありすぎて、呆れた。

Das war das Schlimmste, was ich bisher auf Reisen angetroffen habe. Dreck unter dem Bett, Schimmel im Kühlschrank und im Bad. Wände mit Löchern, Paradies für Moskitos...Aber nicht für uns. Daher Übernachtung nicht möglich. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt im Voraus gezahlt.

My husband was very disappointed with the surrounds both inside and out. The facilities / changerooms adjoining the swimming area were well below world health standards in cleanliness. That being said the staff were exceptionally helpful including relocating us to another room when our toilet got blocked. Needed a table and chair in our room.

Tja, aan de prijs had ik het kunnen raden, maar ik werd verblindt door de mooie foto's en dacht dat het te mooi was om waar te zijn,....en dat klopte dus ook.
Niets ziet er uit zoals op de foto's. Het is een soort backpackers oord met een hippie als manager. We hadden als gezin met 2 kinderen 2 kamers in verschillende gebouwen en hij heeft geen enkele moeite gedaan om ons 2 kamers bij elkaar te geven, terwijl we steeds zagen dat er weer iemand naast ons had uit gecheckt. Zwembad te klein, geen eten te krijgen in het hotel en ontbijt was letterlijk geroosterd witbrood met jam en een ei. Poolbar had alleen bier en cola. Kamers gehorig. Kortom een teleurstelling. Gelukkig waren we er bijna niet.

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit viel Charme! Die Zimmer sind etwas klein! Die Lage ist Top und ruhig.

The staff were incredible . We had a medical issue they called a taxi in the middle of the night and requested the driver stay with us so we could get back to our hotel when done. We blew a fuse the first nigh it was raining and couldn't be fixed so they moved us to a different room and had it fixed by 7 am the next morning. I have never stayed any place so customer service oriented. I would stay again.

去清迈前看上了两家酒店，这家是后面去的，因为离机场近，我们早上6点的飞机。服务员的服务是不错的，尤其是那个男服务生，经常晚上值班，不会说中文的。我们订的是高级大床房，洗手间的墙上还有被拍死蚊子的印记，杯子没洗干净，洗手间设施非常陈旧。房间的装饰还行，尤其床垫很舒服。但是门上的缝隙太大，很多蚊子飞进来。楼下也不知道怎么经常会有狗，大的那种，我们去的时候有四只大狗。房间靠马路位置，晚上很吵。早餐真的我不想说什么，自己带了面包去吃的。不会再去了

Bon hôtel pour routard. Chambre propre . Quartier calme , moto nécessaire pour tous vos déplacements. A 10 minutes du centre de CHang Mai. Piscine pas tres agreable , mais personnel sympathique.

隔音效果不好，蚊子比较多，打车不方便，建筑风格比较泰式

리조트라고 해야하는지...그렇다고 아니라고 하기도 애매한 내부 및 외관은 태국스타일이고
정원도 있고, 작지만 수영장도 있지만, 전문업체에서 운영하는게 아니다 보니,
서비스나 시설관리가 뛰어나지는 않습니다.
다만, 운영하시는 분이 중국분인데 친절하고, 운영자외에는 대부분의 직원들은 영어를 못합니다.
빌라동에서는 어떤지 모르겠지만, 본 건물 바로 뒷건물에서 닭을 키우는지 새벽에는
닭들이 울어서 시끄럽습니다.
그거 빼면, 공항에서도 가깝고, 시내도 가깝고 그런 면은 좋아요

貴社の手配でここ数年旅行に行っているが、今回のホテルの貴社のページには、不当な表示があったことを指摘します。1-wifiが 不調 2- バスタブはあるが水栓が塞がれており、使えない。 3-2014年に全面改装の表示があるが、その気配は全くない。室内、廊下とも老朽しており、騒音が激しい。
現在、旅行中なので帰国後に貴社との支払い済みの返還交渉を進めたい。
2014年1月25日には当ホテルに宿泊したが、当夜に貴社の岩田さんに連絡し、急遽、キャンセルを申し出た。又、ホテルのフロントに申し出て、26日にチェックアウト。当然、1月31日からの予約は全てキャンセルした。経緯は以上。鶴久

A little oasis in Chiang Mai, somewhat distant from the centre of the City, but with a bicycle, can be reached in just 10 minutes, and taxis and tuk tuks are abundant on the road just outside the resort. The garden/pool area is ideal for relaxing with plenty of shady areas, and an outside bar. All rooms are a of a very generous size, with outside balconies, and in traditional Thai, teakwood style. Would recommend this resort to anyone wishing a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Majority of Staff speak and understand English.

建物跟花園還蠻不錯的，但離市中心有點遠，房間的隔音也很差～ 櫃台的小姐中文很流利，令人印象深刻。
離機場很近，建議自己叫Taxi到機場，請櫃台叫價錢竟然是三倍。

Baan Thai Resot is so clean, very convenient for transportation and so easy to find cheap food (Next of he hotel small restaurant), staff very friendly.

The staff makes this hotel perfect. Everyone was so friendly and informative, made me feel right at home. Adorable kittens at the front desk were a plus!

Excellent value for money for this stylish resort. The teak wood Thai house and the traditional look of the room is really a taste of past. Room very comfortable and clean. Quite location, beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool. It's just like a secret shelter near the crowed old city of Chiang Mai. The friendly staff was really beyond our expectation, not in a way of eagerly attentive, but helped us with quite a lot of information and suggestions. Overall I would certainly recommend this resort.
