Pros:

Wir waren zur Zwischenübernachtung hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Hotel hat schöne saubere Zimmer, das Personal war zuvorkommend und höflich, das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr vielfältig und sehr gut, da kommen wir gerne mal wieder, wenn wir mit dem Motorrad über den Großglockner fahren wollen.

Pros:

Super Aufenthalt zum Ski fahren. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt und kurz vor der Auffahrt zum Kitzsteinhörn gelegen.

Excellent good value mid range hotel.
Pros:

Excellent all round alpine hotel. Very good value. Pleasant staff. Nice pool area would stay again.

Bad experience.
Pros:

We were prettey disapointed and wont come back to this hotel. The door between our room and next room did not have a lock at all and we had to secure it with a chair, we adressed this to the reception, no reaction. They could not provide the bathrobes in 3 days we have stayed there (wellness hotel?), there was no drinking watter in the wellness area in all the times we have been there. The watter in our shower was freezing cold between 16:30 and 18:30 every day. We would not open the window for fresh are most of the time due to smoke from people smoking outside entrance. No near a 4 star hotel.
