Great place to enjoy beach in Santander
Pros:

Great place to enjoy beach in Santander being in the town at the same time. Comfortable, nice staff and beautiful pool. It is kind of a “beach hotel”, but the cleaning of sand in the rooms could be improved. Very nice people in the staff, Hector, Angy… We did not like the restaurant Panorama that much. It is ok-ich food, but definitelly improvable, the service is a bit mess and they are not so friendly.

Ideal mix of city and coastal chill out.
Pros:

Hotel Chiqui is a comfortable, clean, modern & cool hotel. The family room was spacious, the team were friendly and helpful and the food was consistently excellent.
The views from the pool and balcony were stunning & the beach outside was absolutely amazing. A great base for surfing, getting the bus into the city sights, eating out or just chilling on the beach. Even though there are lots of people around, it never felt busy and the area is really well served with toilets, first aid, cafés, supermarkets, amusements & markets. Thank you to all the team @ Hotel Chiqui especially Christine who went above and beyond organising a birthday surprise for us.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente las instalaciones , baño ,habitación , colchón y extras no están acordes al precio de media 300 euros noche sin desayuno , muy antiguas

Ubicación, vistas desde la terraza, agua fría gratis, aire acondicionado, amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal

Cons:

Ducha sin accesorio manual y poca presión, cama, almohadas y sillas o sillones de la habitación, el salón de desayunos y la terraza del restaurante, son muy incómodos

De ligging en het mooie zwembad. Verzorgd en goed restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er werd snel internet beloofd maar 4 Mbps zou ik niet bepaald snel noemen. De wifi dekking was over het hele hotel slecht.

Restaurante. Excelentes a qualidade da ofertaI O Chefe de sala, uma simpatia e um óptimo profissional no aconselhamento. Serviço de recepção perfeito. Piscina, muito bonita e simpática.

Pequeno almoço: Nada diferenciado. Os sumos de laranja, óptimos. O café, mau.

Trato del personal y su ubicación. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

No me gustó que tuviera bañera 🛁 además deslizante. El secador de pelo era poca potencia y antiguo y se paraba. Nos proporcionaron otro y a la vez pusieron uno nuevo más potente en la pared inmediatamente.
