A great location , and the view of the bay was amazing

The welcome on arrival and the upgrade to a room with a balcony was excellent, and special thanks to Jeimy. After a 3 day drive your smile and great service was just what we needed, thank you

Breakfast could have been better and the hairdryer I. Our room needs updating !

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location overlooking the sea and parts of Santander. Modern spacious lobby and had a nice feel to it.

Que espabile el dueño y ponga orden en su negocio si tiene un poco de amor propio

Las habitaciones el personal de recepción majisimo y el Chavalin del restaurante También

Cons:

El restaurante HORRIBLE , la cocina fatal pedí un escalope , hasta risa nos dio de lo mal echo que estaba parecía que lo hizo mi sobrino de 5 años ( lo haría mejor , lo comenté , el encargado escondiéndose dejando al chaval con el problema , fue de risa de la aberración de que era , un hotel de ese nivel debería estar encima de esas cosas y más en Santander que se come de lujo , pero bueno pierden ellos normal que estuviera tan vacío
