Location is divine!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the view from our window of the ocean and waves hitting the cliffs. It's right across from a promenade and close the restaurants and the staircase that leads to a walking path that takes you up all the way around the coast, with clean beautiful beaches and to the lighthouse. Incredible views!! From promenade you can also walk into the city center and all the way around the bay. This was the highlight of our trip to Spain! Would absolutely return here.

Met up with my daughter and it was ideal for a short break.
Pros:

Great location, very nice room. Rooftop pool was great although there was no shade at all. It was very hot and some umbrellas or a shaded area would have been very welcome.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no shade up at the roof terrace/pool area. Some umbrellas or a shaded area would have been so much better. It was so hot up there.

Pros:

We kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met een balkon met een prachtig uitzicht over zee en rotsen, dat vonden we heel fijn. Het was erg heet en de airco werkte perfect. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en efficiënt, en de ruimtes om te eten en iets te drinken mooi en comfortabel. Het ontbijt prijs-kwaliteit erg goed en gevarieerd. En heel het hotel is onberispelijk proper.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Doorgaans houden we niet zo van die grote hotels, maar we voelden ons hier uitstekend op ons gemak.

Hemos pasado 4 días fantásticos en el hotel Hotel Chiqui y la experiencia ha sido excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación es inmejorable, con unas vistas espectaculares al mar que hacen que cada momento sea especial. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy cuidadas, y las instalaciones están perfectamente mantenidas.

Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde nuestra llegada. Siempre atentos, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.

Recomendamos este hotel al 100% y, si volvemos a Santander, repetiremos sin ninguna duda. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial!

Pros:

Wir hatten unserer Meinung nach das Zimmer mit der besten Lage im ganzen Hotel: Zimmer 407 - ein superior room mit riesiger Terrasse, Liegestühlen, Esstisch und einem weiteren Balkon Richtung Meer und Strand.
Die Dame an der Rezeption (Cristina?) rief extra 1 Tag vorher an um das mit mir zu klären. Mehr Service geht nicht.

Pros:

Hotel clásico de santander, aunque han reformado las zonas comunes y la zona de la piscina, las habitaciones y las plantas se ve muy antiguo. Habitaciones pequeñas, baño con bañera azulejo antiguo y puertas viejas pintadas. TV muy pequeña. Vistas al mar con ventanas muy pequeñas y no todas dan al sardinero.
El trato del personal lo mejor.
El hotel se encuentra ubicado en uno de los extremos del sardinero, bien porque tienes la playa cerca pero para el resto, te tienes que mover en taxi todo el rato.
Para un hotel de ese nivel las habitaciones no acompañan al precio, si el precio fuera más acorde lo vería bien.
