Personal war sehr freundlich,Zimmer sehr schön und sauber,das Frühstück auch sehr gut(leider war das Rührei,Speck und Würstchen kalt
Wellness Bereich auch super schön und sauber

Cons:

Unsere gebuchte Halbpension ist komplett schief gelaufen. Am ersten Abend mussten wir in eine andere Wirtschaft essen und bezahlen, am zweiten Abend dann im hotel nebenan(war inbegriffen)

Für Entspannung und Ergolung im Tiroler Anbieten eine gute Adresse.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, der Dorf Kern mit diversen Restaurants und der Bahnstation war gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Skibus Haltestelle war genau gegenüber des Eingangs also als überaus Zentral.
Das Zimmer war extrem Gemütlich und erfüllte genau seinen Sinn um Ruhe zu finden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie herzlich. Das Frühstück ein absoluter Traum und am Abend das Menü bot Abwechslung und eine kleine Auswahl an A la Carte Speisen. Der Pool war zwar etwas frisch jedoch sehr schön angelegt und lud zum verteilen ein. Die Sauna war sehr neu und war genau das richtige nach einem langen Skitag. Extrem geschmackvoll und eine Oase der Entspannung.
