Lovely location at seafront. Very clean

For breakfast I would like to have black pudding available. Cereal milk could have been refrigerated a bit more.
There is something about this hotel from location to the staff that makes you want to come back to it..We found the location along the sea front perfect and our experience with the staff was amazing. From Lauren and Zack on Reception the Kara on the ground and her colleagues, we found nothing was a problem, right down to the night porter. They went out of their way to facilitate us and went beyond their normal duties to assist us with different requests. So overall, this hotel is a lovely, comfortable, and friendly and well positioned hotel to stay.We will be back to stay here in the very near future.

Love this hotel, would recommend it. Staff so helpful and friendly. Nice clean rooms. Pet friendly. The food was excellent. Great location just across from the beautiful beach.
We had a room in "The Cove" and couldn't sleep due to a permanent background noise and vibration. We were swiftly moved after informing the reception team, to a room in the main hotel.
Exceptionally clean, presentable and welcoming staff. Restaurant catered for specialist dietary requirements and requests.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ok. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Restaurant sind wir leider nicht satt geworden. Frühstück ist ok.
The room was large and clean, although needed a bit of an update. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff helpful and friendly.
The corridors and rooms smelled a bit musty, I suspect it was the carpets.

Extremely noisy room located right beside the road with constant traffic. I barely got any sleep because of this. Food in hotel restaurant wasn't very warm unfortunately.
