Complimentary airport shuttle was good. Quite a massive place on the 5th floor. Room was very comfortable.
Do note that there were no non-smoking rooms, though staff advised that all rooms receive anti-smoke treatment.

Cons:

Rooms could have been marketed as windowless or with window, for full transparency.

Чистые постели, система умный дом

Cons:

Ждали трансфер 40 минут, хотя и заранее предупредили, оформление затянулось тоже - работница на ресепшене делала 100 дел одновременно, в итоге прилетев в 12 ночи мы заселились в 2, времени отдохнуть почти не осталось. Ночью кусали комары, запах странный туалетный, хотя все чисто. Полотенца чистые, но уже требуют замены. Завтрак большей частью китайская кухня, спасло, что можно пожарить яйцо самостоятельно, кофе три в одном. Не рекомендую даже за небольшие деньги, лучше доплатить! Больше никогда не забронирую! Удивлена хорошим оценкам. Также следует учитывать, что много номеров без окна, мне как бы улучшили до окна, но это не спасло ситуацию.

Very good stay, will come back .
Pros:

Great location close to Reneh Metro walking distance, and close to the air port. Staff was good they gave us early checkin. This was my 2nd visit.

Pros:

I must say the stay exceeded my expectations. It was my first time travelling to China and I was honestly worried how would an online booked hotel turn out to be. The front desk and staff were courteous and also helped us navigate through the city. They were always one call or text away from helping us. Would recommended this stay to anyone who is planning to stay near Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. They also provide free airport shuttle service!
