Everything, this resort is the perfect hotel, beautiful, a lot of activities, animals, horses horses horses, huge fields around and great food and the rooms are exceptional and well thought of to the finest details

Cons:

The staff is not representative of the quality of the place, the place looks and feels like a four seasons/six senses, but the most of the staff is side road motel vibe.
not only is their English close to the non-existing - they do not make much effort to help the guests.
Just to clarify - it does not in any way hurt the stay, place is still going to be my go-to in Czech republic, it just keeps the place below par

Personál,který byl velice ochotný a usměvavý. Luxusní snídaně !Bazény rozdělené na dětskou část a část relax, kde můžou osoby od 16 +.

Cons:

V části relax,kde bylo uvedeno,že můžou osoby 16+, chodili i rodiny s malými dětmi ,což právě relax narušovalo. Jinak by bylo vše úplně dokonalé!

Celkově zklamání. Cena za dvacet hodin pobytu neúměrná kvalitě.
Pros:

Průměrná nabídka ke snídani. Káva byla nechutná-kapsle.

Cons:

Hluk, energie místa, teplota místnosti. Měli jsme dva pokoje. V jednom nešlo regulovat teplotu!
Měli jsme rezervovány dva pokoje v přízemí, ale dostali jsme je v patře. Bezbariérový přístup tedy nebyl a musela jsem se belhat po schodech.
