Alpine hotel very friendly.
Pros:

The reviews of this hotel were mainly negative so I did not expect much. However I was pleasantly surprised. My room was spotless and large. The staff were very welcoming and friendly in all areas of the hotel. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean with superb Mountain View’s. The dinners were disappointing but typical of the area. There was two choices of homemade soup and great salads. The chef could enhance the main courses with themed choices from other countries. The bar staff were good but the choice of drinks could be improved. If you needed anything you asked Reception and it was arranged. Set in exquisite scenery the hotel is very acceptable.

Vom Hotel der Anblick eigentlich schön,aber der Wellnessbereich Katastrophe

Cons:

Wellness-Bereich Katastrophe, angeblich ab 16.00 und war noch nicht einmal aufgeheizt,Türkische Sauna hat es gestunken und der Wasserschlauch war auch nicht zu verwenden,der Whirlpool am Boden verdreckt und der Aussenbereich verwildert. Wir hatten im 1.Stock das Zimmer und wollten um 17.00 duschen, hatten mit den Temperaturschwankungen zu tun,war zu wenig Druck an Wasser und die Temperatur immer zu heiß. An der Rezeption wurde mit Englisch gesprochen, obwohl wir sehr nah an der Grenze zu Österreich waren.Haben deswegen am gleichen Tag ausgecheckt ohne das schon bezahlte Zimmer zurückzufordern.Da die Verständigung nicht funktionierte.

Jako ugodan hotel. Soba je bila iznad očekivanja. Parking ispred samog hotela. Blizina restorana i jezera Jasna. Vratiti ćemo se ponovno.

Die Planica Tage werden ausgenützt
Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Betten waren getrennt
Das Wellnessbereich war alt und vieles hat nicht funktioniert und man musste auch noch extra zahlen um die Sauna zu nutzen
