Hotel který má vše co očekáváte. Parádní bazén po výšlapu, luxusní sauny. Krásná terasa na večeři s výhledem na hory. Welcome drink v místním vinném baru.

Cons:

Pokoje byly fajn i když bylo vidět že jsou předělané z nějakých starších. Samotná recepce a vstupní prostory působí daleko luxusněji nežli samotné prostředí chodem přímo u pokojů. Co se týká jídla, byl to takový lepší průměr. Výběr byl fajn, ale zažil jsem již i lepší.

Užili jsme si vše - skvělé snídaně, tichý a prostorný pokoj (107), milý personál, super lokalita. Poděkování patří zejména Živě z restaurace a pánovi, který nám připravil pokoj (bohužel jméno nevím) :) Příjemný bonus byl bazén obzvláště když venku bouří

Nous avions la chambre à côté du spa ! Et il faudrait beaucoup de bruit et les horaire d ouverture jusqu a 22h c est un embêtant !!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location is exceptionally good, between city centre and the lake. Nature is beautiful. There was really nice and helpful receptionist (brown orange long hair).

Cons:

State of the room didn’t not correspond with the price nor four stars. We booked this room on the morning of the stay, so we didn’t have much options. Paid 1000e for three nights. When we booked there was option for extra bed on booking page, which we requested. Our request was refused with reply that our kid can sleep on pull out sofa. When we got to the room there was no pull out sofa, just one sofa bed which was not made ready. Curtains were hanging loose on one side, there was no netting on the sink drain, moulded shower head and room was really outdated. Additionally, we planned to buy wine from the store inside of the hotel on our last evening, however, even if the working hours were marked 17-21, we notified from the receptionist that the store is working till 20 on weekends. Also at the breakfast, there was box stated Slovenian apples - which were rooted.

For this price range in Slovenia, avoid. This is no where near a 4 star experience, I’d rather say this is a 2 star hote

The location is great, near city center, easy access to jasna lakes.

Cons:

Where to start… This is probably the smallest, most expensive, uncomfortable room, with furniture that came straight out of the 80’s, we have ever stayed at. We moved the beds together since they couldn’t accomodate a queen bed. The tiniest tiniest shower with no steady water temperature, either scolding hot or freezing. No room for our luggage. The breakfast was far below average, artificial juice etc. Again 2 star hotel, not 4 star. Way too expensive for what was provided.

From the moment we arrived, a lack of pure hospitality, paying this expensive price for a room you would expect to be treated as a guest. The moment you arrive you learn you can only stay 1h in the pool or you would need to pay extra for each extra hour. Parking is additional fee per day, “never heard of a guest requesting an iron”, etc.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, sehr hundefreundlich
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Von dort aus kann man gut sportlich Aktivitäten starten.

Cons:

Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen, wäre eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr hilfreich gewesen
