Pre vhodom v hotel je del stopnic porušen in celo ogroža varnost ljudi, ki vstopajo. Nedelujoč wi-fi; osebje ni dalo napotka glede kako uporabljati wi-fi; postelja zeeeelo trda.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Betten waren getrennt
Das Wellnessbereich war alt und vieles hat nicht funktioniert und man musste auch noch extra zahlen um die Sauna zu nutzen

Bardzo udany pobyt. Generalnie wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i opisem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Kranjskiej Gorze i niedaleko Planicy. Obiekt bardzo estetyczny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, o dobrym standardzie. Apartament przestronny, sprawdził się na kilkudniowy pobyt z kolegami. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa obiektu, która reagowała na wszystkie drobne prośby. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje jakość jedzenia w restauracji - zarówno śniadania, które były w pakiecie z noclegiem, jak również posiłki, które kupowaliśmy. Gorąco polecam!

Cons:

Malutki minusik za stan pokoju - odstające gniazdko elektryczne czy odpadające wieszaczki na ubrania w przedpokoju to drobiazgi, które jednak nie powinny mieć miejsca w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Ponadto w całkiem sporym pokoju przydałby się jakiś mały stolik.
