Pros:

Room spacious with a kitchenette and patio door allowing access to the car . Near the centre of town and the venues we needed to go to. Easily accessible to highway. Breakfast is included.

Good Stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff professional. Breakfast staff person was welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Parking lot could be better maintained in winter conditions. Bathroom door did not open and close properly.

Satisfactory stay when you’re in a “pinch”.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The location near RVH was excellent. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The room was old and tired. The hotel was full of hockey and cheerleading kids making it noisy and rec areas impossible to use. The gym was broken down and unable to use. The pool was overflowing with kids.

Very expensive, not the room I booked and had to go looking for the bedding that should have been in the room. Only good
Pros:

That our friends were staying there and the breakfast staff were very friendly

Cons:

They didn’t have the room we booked, so we were stuck with a queen and a pullout which was very uncomfortable for our whole family. Worst sleep/stay we have had at a hotel in a long time. Also got hosed for the price because the place was booked the very next night is a fraction of the cost.
