Satisfactory stay when you’re in a “pinch”.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The location near RVH was excellent. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The room was old and tired. The hotel was full of hockey and cheerleading kids making it noisy and rec areas impossible to use. The gym was broken down and unable to use. The pool was overflowing with kids.

Very expensive, not the room I booked and had to go looking for the bedding that should have been in the room. Only good
Pros:

That our friends were staying there and the breakfast staff were very friendly

Cons:

They didn’t have the room we booked, so we were stuck with a queen and a pullout which was very uncomfortable for our whole family. Worst sleep/stay we have had at a hotel in a long time. Also got hosed for the price because the place was booked the very next night is a fraction of the cost.

Cons:

I reserved a room There. The guy would not check me in as I did not have a visa, but I did have a debit Visa and a huge amount of cash which I was willing to put a deposit and they could’ve inspected the room before giving me back my money and the guy bluntly refused us so I ended up having to drive back three hours with three kids in the car and I did not have a visa the next day I came and rented the hotel beside and had the best time we could’ve ever asked

Easy check-in, friendly service, adequate clean room.
Pros:

Excellent location. Nice short distance to the restaurants, bars and the waterfront.

Cons:

Breakfast tasted awful. Bacon and omelletes tasteless.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, bringing breakfast to my room and helping with luggage as I was injured. Very wonderful staff and I wish I could have tipped them but on odsp and having money issues so all I could do to afford the room but they deserve the world🙂
