Pros:

The room was big with a big toilet. The room and toilet were refurbished. There was a safe inside new cabinets. The crew was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice balcony. Breakfast was poor and the same every day.

Cons:

There was a kind of window inside the toilet where when you open it is like a big air shaft with pipework. The bed was not comfortable unfortunately so my back pain was a big problem.

Pros:

It was good for the location, our balocony has view of the sea. Breakfast was good and various, coffee very good. Beds and pillows not very comfortable, need to be changed. The room was clean. The bathroom was ok and hot shower. The staff was very polite, especially a lady which came at breakfast room, smiled and very politeb all the time, gave good sugestions what to visit. Over all I recommand staying to this hotel.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, but this is the first time in the 21st century that I have encountered something like this. The standard of cleanliness in this hotel was far below expectations. The tablecloths in the dining area looked as if they had not been changed for a long time, the bed cover was dirty and appeared not to have been washed after previous guests. In addition, the walls, doors, and common areas were neglected and clearly needed thorough cleaning.
This hotel has a 3-star rating, which in my opinion is very hard to understand considering its current standard. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired – the selection was limited and the quality was average.
I have many years of experience in the hotel industry and I know what proper service and hygiene standards should look like. If the owners truly care about improving the quality of their services, I would be happy to offer advice on how to bring this hotel up to an appropriate standard.

Hotel und Umfeld grenzwertig, Malta toll.
Cons:

Im Umfeld des Hotels befanden sich mehrere laute auch am Sonntag betriebene Baustellen so das leider an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken war, auch war das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
