The cleanliness and location of the accomodation. Close to supermarket and relatively close to city central.

Cons:

The bed itself is softer than what we are used to, could do with a few memory foam type pillows for firmness. Otherwise facilities are great and the comfort is 8+!

Did the trick great
Pros:

Price was great!
The outside is big and grand with beautiful gardens. Reception is spacious and smelt lovely and clean. The staff were accommodating in allowing us an early check in (where possible) and a late checkout. Communication was prompt.

Cons:

It was a bit outdated and old. Would have been great with outdoor chair for the back area although it's not very private

Enjoyable stay at great price
Pros:

The location was super convenient, close to shops, rooms were massive, clean, airy and had balconies opening in backyard. The small kitchenette was sufficient to make the coffee or quick snacks. The TV wasn’t working initially, but the helpful staff made it work. Check in process was made easy by the friendly staff who provided all necessary information. Overall great experience staying at the garden hotel.

방에서 담배 냄새랑 섞인듯한 이상한 냄새가 나서 방 바꿀 수 있는지 요청했더니 남자 직원분이 확인했을때 본인은 냄새 안 났다면서 어쩌라는 식의 말투로 응대해서 굉장히 기분이 나빴습니다. 체크아웃할때 여자 직원분은 친절했지만요.
침대 스프링도 많이 꺼져있고 방음도 약하고 추천하고싶진않아요.

Enjoyable stay, room was spacious with great amenities, handy to shops and takeaways.
Pros:

Room was lovely, spacious, enjoyed the kitchen facilities and lounge area to relax in, aircon was great too! Handy to shopping centre and various takeaways, even a pub down the driveway which had great food too!

Great location and incredible staff
Pros:

Room was clean and well presented. Facilities were great with a good location. Staff and communication were fabulous as we were on a late flight they accommodated our late check-in and made it such a smooth and easy process. Very grateful.
