Pros:

Room and bathroom everything is clean. Check in is easy but the staff is not so friendly but still acceptable. The cleaning crew was friendly. Location is far from city, but if you are driving with cars, it is easy to get around. A shopping mall is just nearby.

That it was close to places I needed to go to. Also the bath

Cons:

When selecting a room I went onto filter and ticked the box balcony. It came up as a deluxe room that I could select for this option. When I arrive to check In I said to the staff member is that room with a balcony and he said no. I explained what I did in requesting for room with balcony and he said it's doesn't say that and I didn't write in the notes stating the request. So I didn't get what I was wanting. That was the only down full for me.

Pros:

I liked that the rooms were more spacious than other hotels for the price, and that I could cook my own meals.

Cons:

Overall, it feels a bit outdated, especially the carpet and the sofa, but otherwise I’m satisfied.

Inexpensive. Handy to where I wanted to be. Great buffet. Nice staff.

Being up stairs and far from the rstaurant.

Pros:

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. We will definitely come back again. It was clean and tidy, and everything you need within the price range

Cons:

not that close to anything, but Christchurch is flat so that wasn't really a problem
