Pros:

The breakfast was fairly standard, but the staff at breakfast were very friendly and pleasant.
Overall, the hotel is very basic but clean. It’s fine for a short stay, but you shouldn’t expect more than the essentials.

Cons:

The reception is only open from 9:00 to 21:00, so we didn’t interact with staff there and had to check in using a machine in the lobby.
We stayed in room 1104, which unfortunately was not a good experience. The tram lines run directly in front of the hotel and are extremely frequent (sometimes several within less than a minute). The vibrations were noticeable, with the floor shaking as they passed. Because of this, it’s difficult to sleep before midnight or after around 5:30 a.m.
If you plan to stay here, it’s strongly recommended to request a room facing the back of the building.

Pros:

En käynnyt aamiaisella, koska palvelu oli alusta alkaen huonoa ja huone oli myös kelvottoman huono. Pyysin hiljaista ja hyvää huonetta, mutta sain kaikkea muuta. Toivoisin rahojani takaisin tai edes puolta hyvitystä tästä.

Palvelu oli todella huono, huone oli huono ja sitä ei siistitty säännöllisesti. Lisäksi oli todella meluinen paikka ja siellä ei saanut nukutuksi.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, vicina sia al centro sia alla stazione.
Colazione semplice ma completa, un complimento particolare a Mihaela che è stata molto gentile.
La camera al quarto piano era molto spaziosa, il letto comodissimo e presenza di due finestre con lucernario molto belle

Cons:

Noi siamo stati due notti ma la camera non è stata rifatta, per noi non è stato un problema particolare ma volevo dirlo.
Mancanza di frigo in camera

Ubytovanie pekné, čisté, personál milý. Električky pod oknami nám nevadili, našťastie máme dobrý spánok.

Cons:

Jediný problém bol v tom, že nám obe noci od 22:00 rovno pred oknami zvárali čosi na koľajniciach, takže sa nedalo vetrať a aj napriek zatiahnutým závesom to dosť blikalo. A teda musím povedať, že makali tuším ešte o 0:30. Ale teda, nie je to chyba hotela.....

Pros:

Čisté pokoje včetně sociálního zařízení, dostatečný výběr jídla na snídani. Velké plus k umístění hotelu prakticky ve středu města,blízko na Hlavní nádraží i nádraží Střed.

Cons:

Jedinou výtku máme k pokoji č. 1102,tedy spíš k jeho okolí. Již při příchodu nás zarazilo neprůhledné okno z pokoje. Při jeho otevření jsme pochopili proč asi majitel nechce, aby jsme okno používali. Hned za oknem hnus, v úrovni okna plechová střecha s komínkem pravděpodobně od vzduchotechniky,kolem holubi a značné množství jejich trusu,navíc plno nedopalků asi po předchozích hostech. Větrat malý pokoj bylo díky venkovnímu smradu nemožné! Tento pokoj již nikdy víc!

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Da die Fenster unseres Zimmers nicht zur Straße zeigten, konnte man sie nachts die ganze Zeit geöffnet lassen. Sonderwünsche wie Upgrade und die Verbindung zweier Buchungen wurden problemlos ermöglicht.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zur Straßenbahn, die wenig gestört hat, waren nachts laute Gäste im Innenhof oder auf den Gängen etwas ärgerlich. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.
