Un prêt de vélo était proposé....c est faux
On a donné du linge a laver, il a fallu le relaver.
Le personnel était adorable, tres accueillant et gentil
La chambre était magnifique
Il y avait la Clim ce qui n’est pas négligeable quand il fait trop chaud
Un peu éloigné de la plage (30min à pied) mais il y a un système de navette qui vous emmène à la plage et au centre commercial
Está en un sitio bonito, el desayuno está bueno y la piscina muy bien.
Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas, el cuarto de baño sobre todo. La habitación era muy pequeña, no sabía donde poder abrir bien la maleta. El personal podría ser más amable. La mujer del desayuno muy antipática y cada vez que coges algo va después corriendo con mala cara para recolocarlo. Después no reponen las cosas del desayuno, comienza a las 7:30 y como vayas a las 9 ya no hay de algunas cosas. El recepcionista horrible, parecía que estaba fumado o algo. No se enteraba de nada, no te ayudaba con las excursiones ni te las explicaba… Después es verdad que está un poco lejos del centro para ir andando , necesitas ir en coche.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, and the staff took the time to explain the hotel facilities and procedures. I was also able to check into my room earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and compact, with everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area within a short walking distance of the beach. However, the hotel also provides a shuttle service to both the beach and a nearby shopping mall. Personally, I enjoy walking, so I found the location ideal.
The hotel has two swimming pools, both of which were pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices each morning.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, and they responded quickly to messages whenever I had questions or requests.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, the hotel offered a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The room was good & there was ample parking outside.
The room was clean. Richard at reception was very friendly & helpful at all times. He also helped us by recommending a few things around.
Check in & check out were very smooth.
The breakfast was very mediocre.
Approach to the room was very bad & you walk past other people's long/french windows where you could look in. This meant you had to keep your curtains closed most of the times.
The property itself is a bit cramped up unlike shown in the photos.

Bonne option de logement à Flic en Flac. J’ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel. Près de tout et à 3 min de la plage en voiture (20 min à pied). Tout est propre et bien équipé, et très calme. Le jeune à la réception est toujours prêt pour aider. Je recommande !
2 jours avant de mon arrivée j’ai reçu un message sur WhatsApp (je joins les photos qui montrent les messages) en disant que ma réservation n’était pas complète et que je devais le faire, alors que je l’avais déjà fait. Dans les messages il y avait un lien qui me dirigeait directement vers un site pour payer à nouveau. Evidemment c’était une arnaque. Cela veut dire que le système de réservation de l’hotel n’est pas du tout fiable ni sécurisé.
Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. La literie est correcte. Deux piscines dans l’établissement. Petit déjeuner correct.
Le personnel n’est pas aimable, pas de sourire à l’accueil ni au départ, très loin de l’hospitalité mauricienne réputée.
Pas d’eau chaude pendant plus de 48h et le personnel qui nous dit de nous laver avec la bouilloire. Aucun geste commercial ni excuse de la direction.
Établissement éloigné des plages et du centre, il faut absolument une voiture.
Merci au cuisinière pour le petit déjeuner et la pour propreté .
Problème d'eau chaude ,douche défectueux, le lit se sépare quand tu dort . Navette le personnel ne te parle pas .si vous êtes a deux il n'y en a que un seul prise pour charger votre portable .
