Fantastic!
Pros:

I have stayed in other 4* hotels in Saint Petersburg before but this knocks spots off them. There is nothing to fault at all, and I have only positive impressions of the trip. It is within easy walking distance of the main attractions yet is in a quiet location. A comfort plus taxi from the Admiraltiskaya metro costs less than 200 roubles. I arrived from Moscow on the Sapsan fast express, and from the railway station I took the metro direct only 2 stops. The metro costs about 60r each time you enter. I will definitely use this hotel as my preferred choice in future.

For me, the perfect kind of hotel. I’ve traveled for decades, stayed in countless hotels. The Pushka in is professional but intimate. The staff is genuinely welcoming. The food is delicious. The location couldn’t be better.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Pros:

This is a great boutique style hotel located in a historic building.

I stayed for only couple nights, but still was able to appreciate how nice this stay was.

I booked bigger room with two beds as my local friend was going to stay for a night with me - the room type was a Comfort Plus. It was a spacious room, and I think the sofa can pull into additional bed too, so you will have three beds if you need.

The room had everything one might need, and was very clean. The bathroom had a great shower with both rain and hand-held shower heads, and even had a heated floor - which was really nice for taking a shower! The bathroom was very well organized and had a lot of storage and hooks to put your stuff away.

The location of the hotel is just perfect: five minutes to the Palace Square where the Hermitage Museum is located, and even closer to the main street of Nevskiy Prospect. The area is historic and charming, with lots of nice little cafes.

The service was amazing. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I needed to arrange transportation, and the hotel was very helpful with that - both in advance by e-mail and during the actual stay.

I also needed to do a COVID test, and arranged for the courier from the lab to come and pick up the test at the hotel, so I don't have to waste any time going to the lab myself. The lab needed a Russian mobile phone number to contact me, which I didn't have. So the hotel provided their mobile phone number for me to give to the l

Fantastic location. Just around the corner from the Hermitage. My flight was delayed so I arrived after 2 a.m., but that was no problem as they had 24hour service and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant on the property is A+++++!!!! Outstanding! Try the beef stroganoff!!!! Quality decision. The front desk is amazing and their English perfect! The location is right next to the Hermitage Museum. GO THERE!

Do NOT, under any circumstances, go to the souvenir shop across the canal that you can see from the hotel - it is extra over priced and when you get home you will see that they packaged the wrong things for you!

Everyone who works at Pushka Inn is friendly and welcoming. They made my stay so special, including putting in a New Year Eve treat in my room! Thanks for the note, cookies, champagne, and adorable stuffed rat(year of the rat or for the Nutcracker!) This is a truly service oriented hotel!

Pros:

I loved my single room. It was on the courtyard on the ground floor but totally private. The staff was amazing and helped me get a dress shortened for an event, and were also fun to talk to. They were open to my student son and his girlfriend talking for a long time in the little foyer. All together a great place to stay, steps and a short ride in a taxi to many attractions, amazing proximity to Palace Square and the Hermitage, lovely restaurant that is open late (fish is excellent), and nicely decorated, homey rooms. Will be my go to on all visits.

Great location, food options & price!
Pros:

GREAT hotel, especially for the price! Location is perfect for walking to the city square and Hermitage. Nearby shopping and restaurants as well. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff was immediately helpful upon booking regarding room requests and upon arrival providing maps and answering questions. The restaurant next door was WONDERFUL- from the breakfast buffet to the dinner options. Would absolutely stay here again.
