Bokade rummet var obäddat och ostädat, i ersättningsrummet var toaletten ospolad, den innehöll urin, torkade matrester på bordet, madrassen hängde 2 decimeter utanför kanten. Hoppar man över att rätta till madrassen vid bäddning?

Prisvärd natt centralt i Västerås
Pros:

Trevligt personal, gratis parkering, ganska centralt, rent, schöna sängkläder, kaffe och te på rummet + gratis i receptionen. Ok frukost. Prisvärd.

Pros:

Det är andra julen vi stannar här, personalen är grymt trevlig och hjälpsam.
Hotellet ligger bra till när man kommer med bil.
Rummet är rent och städat.
Man ta över ägandet och kör detta i egen regi till 2026, det ser jag fram emot då jag tror Best Western inte verka lägga så mycket på energi på att underhålla detta Hotell. Tråkigt då det ligger minst tre stycken konkurrenter på gångavstånd från detta hotell.
Så vi kommer tillbaka och ser fram emot att få checka in på Mälar Porten

Cons:

Underhållet hoppas jag man kan fixa till allt från Handtag i trappor sitter löst. Golvplattor i duschen trasiga handfatet är extremt slitet.
Stången som håller duschmunstycket är helt fel produkt, ett riktigt piss jobb då den snurrar som galen när man drar igång duschen, Hoppas ni inte betalt en hantverkare för detta jobb!
Flottören i Toan fungerade varannan gång, Kylskåp i rummet var ju bra, om det inte lät som ett reaplan.
Små saker som drar ner upplevelsen.
