My stay was very good; the position of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of my trip.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my work. The travel from the Airport to the Hotel was very easy. The room was nice. The personnel was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Bien situé à côté du métro

Cons:

La cabine de douche était cassée. La moquette avait des trous. Les draps du lit ne sentaient pas bon. La réceptionniste n'était pas souriante. On aurait dit qu'on la dérangeait alors qu'on lui a simplement demandé où se trouvait la salle du petit déjeuner.

Overall, happy with our choice. It provided an escape from the hustle and bustle of King’s Day and was an easy tram rid

The staff were helpful and friendly. The property was clean. It was an easy tram ride into Amsterdam and provided the opportunity to see other quaint neighborhood’s outside of the downtown core.

Cons:

The pillows were too firm!

Reception staff was very knowledgeable about the local precise for the question and helpful.
