Сподобалося дуже відношення персоналу, що заїзд онлайн.
Коли я заїхала, то були скрізь чорне волосся (на стільцях, ліжку).я про це повідомила і все одразу було вирішено та за дискомфорт пригостили сніданком. Реакція була швидка, бо на меіл при заселенні приходять питання про нюанси заселення. Дякую що так відноситися гарно до своєї справи .
Ще я написала побажання і вони були здійснені та привітання з днем народженням було теж несподіванкою. Дякую

Pros:

Perfect location, clean and comfortable, worth the price. No need to seek any other hotel.

Cons:

Self check in. We had to wait 45 min to enter the room before 15:00 or pay extra. This should not be so hard to let us in 45 min before.
