Hayal Kırıklığı Yaratan Bir Konaklama Deneyimi
İş seyahatlerimde sıklıkla otellerde konaklayan biri olarak, bu oteli tercih etme sebebim genellikle merkezi konumu ve daha önceki deneyimlerimdi. Ancak bu seferki konaklamam ne yazık ki beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Sadece bir gece konaklamama rağmen yaşadığım olumsuzluklar, bu sürenin bile fazla olduğunu düşündürdü.
Konakladığım odada balkon bulunmuyordu ve havalandırma sistemi çalışmıyordu. Oda kapalı ve havasızdı. Temiz hava alabilmek için camın açılmasını rica ettim, ancak talebime rağmen herhangi bir geri dönüş ya da çözüm sunulmadı. Bu durum, gece boyunca ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşamama neden oldu. Ayrıca odada ağır bir sigara kokusu hakimdi. Oda sanki uzun süredir sigara içilmiş ve bu koku yerleşmiş gibiydi.
Temizlik konusunda ise herhangi bir şikayetim yok, odanın genel temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Ancak havalandırma ve koku sorunu temizlik kalitesini gölgede bırakıyor.
Minibar konusunda da bir bilgilendirme eksikliği yaşadım. Girişte minibarın ücretli mi ücretsiz mi olduğu hakkında hiçbir açıklama yapılmadı. Ben birçok otelde minibarın oda ücretine dahil olduğunu tecrübe ettiğim için, burada da öyle olduğunu düşündüm ve birkaç ürünü kullandım. Çıkışta ise bu ürünlerin ücretlendirildiğini öğrenmek beni şaşırttı ve hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Misafirlere bu konuda açık bir bilgilendirme yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
Fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirdiğimde, ödediğim ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle alamadım. Aynı fiyat aralığında, balkonlu, manzaralı, havalandırması düzgün çalışan, açık büfe kahvaltı veya öğle yemeği dahil olan çok daha konforlu otellerde konakladım. Bu otelin konsepti gözden geçirilmeli ve hizmet kalitesi artırılmalı. Ne yazık ki, bu yaşadıklarımdan sonra tekrar tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.
