Akyan St. Petersburg

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Russia and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. From the reservation stage until my check-in at the hotel, the staff maintained continuous communication with me and never missed any of my requests.

The reception team was highly professional and efficient, communicating both in English and through translation when needed. Requests such as a non-smoking room and a high-floor room were fully taken into consideration and carefully arranged. Taxi reservations, directions, and other requests were handled within no more than 5 minutes, which was truly impressive.

The housekeeping staff definitely deserves special appreciation. My towels were changed every day, and personal amenities such as shampoo, shower gels, and drinking water were regularly replenished. All of this was done without any disturbance, making my stay very comfortable.

The breakfast was rich and varied, offering suitable options for people from different religious backgrounds. The hotel also has a very nice bar, and the location is quite convenient and well situated.

I would strongly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Not only the quality of service but also the attitude and kindness of the staff were outstanding. Thank you to the entire team. When I return, I won’t feel the need to consider any other alternative. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

The hotel is well located. There is a metro station close to the hotel. I got the single room and it was big enough for one person but I really thing it also would be good for two people. Very clean room, enough warm for winter, there are many coffee shops and restaurants near by. The breakfast was very good. The juice was fresh! The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay here if I come back to St. Petesburg. I got a very good impression. It was quiet and cozy. The churches are close but it is true that you need to walk a bit. If it is too far for you, you can take the metro. I walked all the way. There is a very nice coffee shop in front of the hotel and a supermarket in the corner. Nice Vietnamese restaurant almost in front of the hotel. Very good, muy bueno, molto bene, muito bem, hen hao, tres bien, sehr gut.

Great location, Nevsky prospect just in short walking distance, numerous possibilities of food if you don´t eat in hotel´s restaurant ( very good food). The room was spacious, very clean , towels changed every day, welcome water filled regulary, really softest pillow I had ( from LA to Tokyo). Kudos to the hotel´s barkeeper Astrid who was actually only person who spoke english fluently. I chose the hotel because it was written that reception personel speaking different languages which is not the case. I understand russian a bit being slavic person by myself, otherwise I would do harder. Improvment in this field would be appreciated as service at the restaurant as well. Working in a hotel, restaurant by myself it was just very dissapointing to sit there, seing service running into the kitchen in and out not even greeting you or bring you menu , not talking about my New Years dissaster dinner. I will return if in the city again because the hotel was great but would organize myself better online not needing any help ( or improve my russian language, lol )

Great place to stay for business and for leasure.I would definitely choose this hotel again,next time with family for vacation!

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face.
Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The hotel is very good and we did enjoy our stay.
However some things can be improved:
1. You can request a tea cattle but it comes without tea bags. You can purchase tea or coffee in the restaurant however it would be a nice gesture to leave some tea bags or instant coffee in the room. Costs nothing to be nice!
2. Sound isolation is not 100% working: we requested a quite room which means we got a yard view, no street noise but we got the construction noises. Also you still can hear noises from upstairs and corridor.

A 4-star hotel with a 5-star service!I was really happy with how I was treated during my stay at this fabulous hotel. First of all, this hotel is very central. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, transportation links within walking distance from the hotel. We arrived super early in the morning and was allowed to check in early at a really minimal cost. I opted for the rooms with breakfast option - breakfast was great! Hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne on my birthday! It was a really nice touch, top-notch service!

A great boutiques hotel with comfort bed and quiet surrounding. To me, it isn't near to metro, but no problem for 4 of us where we used Yandex Taxi most of the time. If u travel by foot, should consider if u can handle walking under winter.

This hotel is fantastic on all levels. Staff, Room, Dining and location. Just loved it !!!!!

I was in Russia 31 days and stayed in about 25 hotels and this was the only hotel not offering breakfast with the price of the room. And this was one of the more expensive rooms I stayed in.

Service was ok but nothing special. Long wait at check in (3 employees, 2 clients, not efficient).

Great room, excellent staf and prime location. The only thing missing is a lobby, a place to sit out side the room.

Front entrance to the Hotel is not very well visible except for a small sign which says AKYAN..nothing else!
AC in my room 318 was not working. It remained at 30 degrees Celcius all four nights I stayed at the hotel.
Hotel staff was great, especially the young lady who worked at the front desk.
Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.

One guy was very nice and it really helps when they understand English. Good location.
