Dirty mattress and full of humidity. Their photos don’t match reality they advertise a boutique hotel surrounded by nature, instead what we got was an outdated room with moldy mattresses and bad costumer service. Price- value not worth it

We like it for been in the jungle and close to the main street that take you to palenque ruins.
Me parece que la propiedad está descuidada. Faltan detalles de pintura, limpieza en la piscina y creo que esta mal que un hotel asi no tenga restaurante, aunque sea sencillo.

Las habitaciones eran cómodas y muy limpias, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Además, la ubicación es perfecta. Un paraíso en donde disfrutamos de la conexión con la naturaleza y nosotros mismos. Fue el escape perfecto de la civilización. La habitación muy cómoda y el área de la alberca super relajante. No olviden tomar un masaje relajante estuvo muy bueno y complementa la experiencia perfectamente.
