Walking distance from the Main Street.
Hotel organised a taxi from the airport for us.

Klasyczny, klimatyczny wystrój w stylu kolonialnym.Bylismy grupą ośmiu osób,w trakcie naszego pobytu w Santa Marta niestety padał ulewny deszcz i nie było jak wieczorem skorzystać z uroków miasta...Personel pozwolił nam na prywatne biesiadowanie na dachu restauracyjnym...
Wygodne łóżka, piękne pokoje i przestronne łazienki.

Destaco al personal de desayuno, pero no volvería por el ruido y la ubicación

Lo bueno
Personal del desayuno: Sin duda lo mejor del hotel. Marla y Alicia hicieron nuestra estadía mucho más amena. Fueron extremadamente amables, atentas y cariñosas con nosotros y con nuestro hijo de un año. Nos hicieron sentir muy bien cuidados. Servicio 10/10 por parte de ellas.
Ayuda con el equipaje: Al llegar nos ayudaron a subir todas las cosas a la habitación y nos explicaron claramente los horarios de desayuno, piscina y demás informaciones necesarias.
Opción para el coche de bebé: Aunque no nos dieron habitación en planta baja como habíamos solicitado, al menos nos permitieron dejar el coche del bebé en recepción, lo cual evitó tener que subir y bajar tres pisos cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos.
Limpieza: Es buena. No excelente, pero cumple.
Seguridad: Las puertas del hotel permanecen con llave todo el día, lo cual da sensación de seguridad. El personal de recepción suele estar atento para abrir cuando uno llega.

Check-in poco considerado con familias: No toman en cuenta si viajas con bebés. Solicitamos habitación en planta baja y aun así nos ubicaron en el tercer piso, lo cual fue incómodo durante toda la estadía.
Zona no kid-friendly: El centro de Santa Marta no es ideal para viajar con bebés o cochecitos. Las veredas son muy angostas y moverse es difícil. Recomiendo buscar otro sector si viajan con niños pequeños.
Ruido extremo en fechas festivas: Fuimos en época de Año Nuevo buscando unas vacaciones relajadas y fue todo lo contrario. Desde el 30 de diciembre hasta el check-out no pudimos dormir absolutamente nada. Música a volumen muy alto proveniente de restaurantes y bares de la zona. Incluso empleados del hotel comentaron que hay un bar cercano que no respeta horarios ni niveles de ruido.
Atención inconsistente en recepción: La recepcionista del 30 o 31 de diciembre (no recordamos el día exacto) nos brindó uno de los peores servicios que hemos recibido en mucho tiempo. Ya en nuestra cuarta noche nos informaron que ya no podíamos dejar el coche del bebé en recepción y además lo movieron sin notificarnos. El hotel lo catalogó como un “malentendido”, pero para nosotros fue claramente falta de comunicación y capacitación.
Descanso imposible: No solo no volveríamos al hotel, tampoco a la zona, principalmente por el nivel de ruido nocturno.

El hotel tiene puntos fuertes en su personal de desayuno y en la amabilidad inicial, pero la falta de consideración hacia familias con bebés, la mala experiencia con recepción y el ruido extremo de la zona hicieron que nuestra experiencia general no fuera buena. Ideal quizás para adultos que busquen vida nocturna, no recomendable para familias con niños pequeños ni para quienes buscan descanso.

Excelente ubicación y comfort
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca de restaurantes y comercios. El staff de recepción fue muy excelente y de gran ayuda.

Cons:

Creo que las opciones de desayuno son algo limitadas, tal vez sería mejor tener un buffet pequeño.

L’hôtel est absolument magnifique.
Le plus beau qu’on ait eu !
Le personnel est adorable. Ils nous ont fait visiter 4 chambres différentes pour que nous puissions choisir celle que nous voulions.
Très propre. Chambre spacieuse.
Petit déjeuner délicieux.
L’emplacement est idéal , au cœur de la ville , sans avoir les nuisances sonores en chambre.

Young man at reception

Cons:

Both pools were the size of a double and queen size bed. One was around the corner from the reception area and the other had no access because of maintenance. The room was large enough but the couch worn and the bed very low. The shower was spacious with at least ten nozzles of which drip fed the water. Shower not do powerful and water warm hot. Such a shame. Glad it was only two nights… please don’t stay here
