Pros:

El hotel es bonito, el desayuno la mejor parte

Cons:

En las habitaciones se oye todo el ruido de los restaurantes y bares de alrededor, las habitaciones de la planta baja no se puede ni abrir ventanas, nada de luz natural, la piscina es muy pequeña. La zona donde esta ubicado se siente insegura. Por ultimo, no vivimos en Colombia y nos hicieron pagar el IVA a pesar de mostrar documentación extranjera, en recepción el trato fue mal educado. No lo recomiendo.

Stylish and highly luxurious. Comfortable. Spectacular view of Cathedral.
Pros:

The room was stunning, absolutely stunning - the bath, shower room and bed were all great features and the view was exceptional.

Cons:

A little noisy at night but that´s not the hotel´s fault - it was a festival and it´s s central and everywhere in Santa Marta is noisy in the centre at night :)

Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Santa Marta. Derrière la façade de maison coloniale se cache un agrandissement moderne et chaleureux: des passerelles métalliques entre les chambres, des plantes qui plongent dans le patio . La chambre était très grande et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

Great stay in the heart of Santa Marta
Pros:

What a lovely hotel! It's in a great location, right in the heart of Santa Marta. The staff are very lovely and accommodating - nothing was too hard for them. The breakfasts are delicious and very filling. Our room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was super comfy (firm mattress, which we like). Highly recommend - would definitely come back here if we return to Santa Marta!

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo excelente, sobretodo la atencion de las chicas y en especial Maria Alicia. La ubicacion del hotel, espectacular pues esta en pleno centro, a 3 cuadras de la playa y 1 cuadra de todos los restaurantes y bares.
