Good location.
Pros:

I like the locations close to places, coffee, workers.

Cons:

Didn't have a proper blackout means everything that happened outside you can see and hear all night from the window or glasses, the shower didn't drain properly the water goes out cause get full due to the drain, the sanitary doesn't flush properly, the sink have fungus need bleach seem has the sower. You need to get more towels.
