Beautiful location and very pleasant staff.
The double bed was small. The view outside the room wasn’t the best. The breakfast pretty basic. The room was tired and maybe needs a revamp.
Wonderful, peaceful location, staff amazing, food tasty. We had afternoon tea and it was perfect.
Room just amazing.
A.wonderful chilled relaxing couple of days.

Nothing
Everything lovely stay
Nothing
Great building
All of it
Staff amazing, room brilliant, food beautiful
Nothing comes to mind
A beautiful hotel with brilliant staff. They are really helpful and are very professional. Rooms are beautiful and have great names rather than numbers.
My only negative with this hotel is, at the bar they put a service change on each drink. I do think that on food a service charge is acceptable. However, on pulling a pint and handing it to you at the bar I think this is a little cheeky and wrong.
10/10 for everyone of the staff and the facilities.
The room was a fabulous size, lovely and spacious. Decor was very nice but did maybe look a touch sparce. Asked for a room with bath & bath was HUGE!
There was no air conditioning in the room and notices advising not to open the windows due to location (trees/lakeside) so room was too warm in the night. room looked slightly 'worn', marks on the wall behind the bin, furniture with chips, but nothing too bad
Great size room and really relaxing beautiful surroundings
Everthing been before place food area
Location of hotel. Comfort of rooms and facilities. Staff were professional and very pleasant.
We never used the restaurant but the Captains bar food was very nice.
Lack of information in rooms regarding amenities in the hotel and visiting surroundings.
Extreme levels of noise from above room. We heard every footstep loudly creaking on floor which badly interrupted sleep.
Shower in room not disabled friendly after asking for walk in shower and one more than the other had to be helped to get in and out.
Beautiful location . Interior Decor was beautiful, well presented throughout. Staff were very professional and welcoming . The food was great . The room was comfortable and clean.
Rooms large, clean, warm and beautiful
Bar food delicious and fresh
Breakfast plenty of choice for continental a d then a freah made hot breakfast..delicious!
Whole ambiance just relaxing and chilled. Lovely to sit out in the gardens.
Leaving!!! Absolutely nothing.
What a wonderful hotel. We had been twice before but this was the first time with the electri wheelchair. Everything was tip top. The room we had was perfect for us and our friends room was gorgeous as well.
Bar food lovely - we ate both nights there.
