De resto súper todo.
Pros:

Un lugar muy bueno, pero con varias decepciones
Pros:

Es un hotel cómodo, con buena atención y un buen lugar para relajarse. Te prestan snorkel y kayak sin costo adicional y se pueden ver muchos peces ahí.

Cons:

La piscina estuvo mala toda la estadía y nos avisaron el mismo día que llevábamos, el baño estuvo malo durante varias horas los dos días que estuvimos. En general los servicios o atenciones había que solicitarlas.

Creo que por los múltiples problemas que tuvimos deberíamos haber recibido alguna compensación, pero no hubo nada como eso.

Música a elevado volumen todo el día por todo el complejo y hasta en la playa, los parlantes saturados hacían insoportable la estadía, y en el salón comedor se entremezclaba c la música de ahí . Los baños generales no tenían agua para lavarse. El gerente hizo oídos sordos a mi petición

Esta mal tenido. Muuy ruidosoo y lleno de gente los fin de semanas. Las piezas tienen poco mantenimiento hay ratones y el aire acondicionado falla. Muchas veces se corto el agua en nuestra corta estadia y el agua de la ducha es fria

Hotel perfecto para descansar, nadar y pasarla bien.
Pros:

La vista es hermosa, las instalaciones, los cócteles, la temperatura del mar, la cama cómodisima y habitacion en general muy bien. Muy seguro. El personal fue muy amable, destaco a Diana quien recibe a los huéspedes muy simpática, Jorge y Juan David en el área de restaurante excelente vocación de servicio. El personal de limpieza y cuidadores siempre amables y educados. Los masajes de Mar son excelentes, recomiendo totalmente. Tuvimos una estadía de descanso y placer muy gratificante. Fuimos por 2 días pero nos gustó tanto que pedimos otro día mas. El viaje en lancha fue rápido y cómodo. Hay wifi en la habitación y en zonas comunes.

Cons:

Solo para mejorar: el desayuno, más variedad. Quizás un poco de ambiente de fiesta en la noche estaría perfecto.

Viel Luft nach oben!

Die Lage, die Gärten und die Tauchschule in der Anlage (war der eigentliche Grund zur Buchung)

Cons:

Die Anlage ist absolut abgewohnt und man legt offensichtlich keinen Wert auf Erhaltungsreparaturen, der Pool war dreckig. Der Fokus des Management scheint nicht auf den Hotelgästen, sondern auf den Tagestouristen zu liegen . Wenn man aber die vorherigen Kommentare gelesen hat und mit diesen Nachlässigkeiten leben kann, dann ist das Resort in dem Preisgefüge vor Ort akzeptabel.

La ubicación, el personal es muy amable.

* la presión del agua de los baños
* los baños son muy antiguos
* las toallas deben mejorarlas
* las acomodaciones que son para 4 personas deberían ser camas y no esponjas donde solo cabe una persona delgada.
La comida deben mejorarla una amiga le salió un camarón dañado, las pastas no están buenas, el desayuno deben variarlo.

Okay for day-trippers, but not for a stay.

The operations manager, Miguel, is nice guy who tries to solve problems. His staff... much less so. The reception manager is downright surly.

You can only leacve the island in midto late afternoo, which they do not tell you when you make reservations so I paid for an extra night I could not use because of need to rent a room inCartagena for the night befoe my flight. there are zero activities for those staying at the hotel oter thn a 3minutes "guided" walk to the adjacent laggon shore to see if there is any bioluminessence. Not allowed to go unaccompanied. Not allowed to take kayak to algoon at night, Pool is set up for the day-trip party boats which arrive every hour or so all. Day. Not allowed until the pool until they all show up about 9am. Then the ultra-loud reggae blasts from speakers set up all over. It blasts all day until the day-trippers leave. Can't nap in your room during heat of day cuz of the booming beats. My room had a small a/c in the bedroom, but not even a fan to move that air into the sitting room. No small fridge, no bottle of water, no cup or glass to use while brushing teeth. No shower curtain. All the pool chairs are taken by day trippers who come in constant wavws od 24- 40 as new day tour launches pull up. They stay an hour or so and then move on to another bar/beach. They try to frighten you from exploring the island and spending $$ at any other restaurant . The one gate warns you not to go through it, yet they claim you can get a map of the island at reception, which denies such a map exists. The other resorts are 5-7 minute walks along wooded paths, offering better beaches and better restaurants. You can actually buy bottled water at a small tienda, which otherwise you must go to the poolside bar to get at $4 a small bottle. There are no efforts to organize outings such as snorkeling, but the nearby resorts arrange such excursions every day. I suggest the nearby EcoLodge Rosario del Mar. Better beach and food.

Pros:

Frühstückbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich.
Man konnte das Kajak und Schnorchelmasken gratis ausleihen.

Cons:

Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass sehr viele Tagestouristen täglich kommen. In dieser Zeit ist die Anlage ziemlich voll und es wird ziemlich die Musik aufgedreht. Zusätzlich merkten wir, dass sich das Personal erst dann bemühten, als klar war das viele Besucher kommen.
Es gibt gewisse Teile der Anlange, die renovationsbedürfig sind (z.B. Teil der Mauer zum Meer ist abgerutscht, würde meine Kinder nicht frei herumrennen lassen)
Die Happyhour wurde nicht angerechnet, man musste diskutieren und es wurde dann jedoch angepasst.
Der Pool war ziemlich eklig und wurde erst gereinigt als man wusste man erwartet viele neue Gäste und Tagesbesucher.

La ubicación en la isla es lo que rescato del hotel, y la atención de la empleada María Fernanda fue muy amable y servicial

La comida es muy rica

El resto del personal fuera de la empleada María Fernanda no es atento, falta personal para tanta gente, sentimos que le dieron prioridad a la atención de los pasadía y no al huésped. Nos gustaría que la piscina tuviera un horario más extenso hasta la noche, la atención del personal del bar es descuidada. Sentimos mucho desorden, es importante que el personal que reciba a los huéspedes y ayuden con las maletas o por lo menos reciban al huésped en el muelle. Se ve inseguro y desordenado dejar las maletas a la vista de todos en la recepción mientras se realiza la entrega de la habitación en el checking

Los muebles y enseres se ven deteriorados

La mesa de billar está muy vieja

He Sido su huésped en 3 ocasiones, esperaba tener una buena experiencia, sin embargo con tristeza noto que se ha desmejorado muchísimo la atención y el hotel en general

Pros:

Lo primero que queremos destacar es la atención de Diana la recepcionista, muy atenta, muy amable y predispuesta. Lo segundo que queremos destacar es la buena atención del personal masculino del hotel en general y en especial la de Jorge, a comparación del resto del personal femenino que atienden con poca predisposición.
Respecto a la habitación, destacamos la excelente limpieza y buen aroma pero por otro lado, es una construcción bastante antigua, sobre todo la parte del baño. Algo que no nos convenció para nada fue el tema del agua, en el baño no te podías ni cepillar los dientes porque salía literalmente un “hilo” de agua, tenías que ir a lavarte los dientes al lavamanos del restaurante que ahí sale el agua con normalidad. Esto también ocurría en la ducha. Un día directamente amanecimos sin nada de agua.
Respecto al desayuno, es bufet como se muestra en las fotos pero tiene sus detalles: el pan el primer día que llegamos era del día pero al tercer día seguía siendo el mismo pan, apelmazado y seco. El agua del desayuno tenía pedazos de migas de pan o suciedad flotando. No había un jugo de naranja decente, un solo día pusieron jugo de naranja pero no estaba rico, el resto de los días era jugo de melón.
Acerca de las instalaciones destacamos el uso de kayak y snorkel incluido, lo podías usar todo el tiempo que quisieras lo que permite conocer toda la isla. Muy buena la cancha de voley, Ping pong y Pool. La piscina hermosa y los jardines son muy pintorescos. La salida al mar es realmente bonita. Sin embargo, la antigüedad del edificio se hace notar. En booking muestran unas camas a la orilla del mar que no existen, hay reposeras comunes.
Pese a ello, dentro de todo la pasamos muy bien
