Lindo para estar en la isla, pero falta de mantenimiento en el hotel
Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en la isla sobre la playa lo que es muy bueno.
El personal es super bueno.
Todas las noches hay opcion de ver plancton , eso me gusto mucho.
Ofrecen kayak y snorkel, muy bueno.

Cons:

Le falta MUCHO mantenimiento.
El precio me parece elevado para el hotel.
La pileta esta venida a menos.

El personal que está muy dispuesto ayudar

Cons:

La dejadez de las instalaciones…paredes sin pintar, azulejos de la piscina rotos, farolas fundidas, cortes de electricidad, comida repetitiva, si te levantas un poco más tarde no queda leche o café, tardan 1h en servir las cenas, duchas de la piscina rotas, a las 18h ya no dejan utilizar la piscina y no hay animación nocturna. Het zwembad en de bar.

Cons:

Het eten. Duurde verschrikkelijk lang tot het eten kwam bij elke bestelling. Het menu is beperkt. De prijzen zijn verschrikkelijk duur voor wat je krijgt. Er zijn misschien 3 mensen van het personeel die hun werk goed doen. Er is muziek, maar erg zacht, en het bar personeel wordt erop aangesproken als ze de muziek harder zetten. Als je hier heen wil gaan om te genieten met harde muziek en wil drinken tot in de nacht moet je hier niet heen gaan. Er is niks in de buurt qua supermarkt en je mag ook niks eten of drinken wat niet gekocht is bij hun, als je dit wel doet moet je dat product dubbel betalen aan hun. Nog veel meer dingen maar ik heb geen zin om dit neer te zetten.

El personal impecable. Muy atentos. Y la ubicación y espacio de hotel muy buenos.

Cons:

Los servicios como.luz, agua y wiifi no están acorde al precio del lugar. El año pasado nos hospedamos aca tambien y todo cambio mucho. No cuentan con un encargado competente acorde a semejante lugar. Los chicos hacen lo imposible para q te sientas cómodo. Yuli y mulet y las mucamas un 10.

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Fabio was very helpful and we enjoyed talking with him very much. We liked all the different areas to relax around the resort. The rooms were cool, clean, and comfortable.

Caribisch verblijf
Pros:

Prachtige locatie (veel groen, uitzicht, heel Caribisch) met groot zwembad én aan zee. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam medewerkers. Kamer heeft een airco wat heel fijn is in de hitte (32 graden en heel vochtig). Ontbijt is zozo, keuze uit 4 ontbijten (3 toen wij er waren, veel eieren). Fijn dat er een restaurant is en daar prima lekker gegeten.

Cons:

Het hotel is behoorlijk vergane glorie. Dan vond ik de prijs aan de hoge kant. En boot heen en terug is ook prijzig (met z’n 4-en waren we zo’n 220-240 euro kwijt voor retour). We hebben 1 nacht bij gastrobar Chave gegeten en moesten anderhalf uur op ons eten wachten (en zijn ondertussen lek geprikt door muggen, maar daar kunnen zij natuurlijk niets aan doen).

Muy buena experiencia, si volveria sin duda.
Pros:

La calidad y el excelente atención de Mullet una gran trabajadora, fue excepcional ella, lo mejor del hotel y también de Fabio el (recepcionista y doctor) que soluciono los inconvenientes y detalles para que el alojamiento fuera una bonita experiencia.

Cons:

La comida estaba un poco limitada, pero se entiende que por ser una isla se complica el abastecimiento de algunos productos

El trato de los empleados es impecable, en especial el de Gabriel, el barman, quien nos ha preparado los mejores cócteles de todo nuestro viaje. El hotel está ubicado en un entorno maravilloso y está cerca de playas y zonas de baño muy bonitas como Rosario del mar, playa escondida y la laguna encantada.

Cons:

Es cierto que el agua de la ducha es escasa, pero te puedes duchar sin problema, solo tardas unos minutos más que lo normal.
