Amazing food and service from the staff. This hotel was great but there were a lot of young europeans staying there, partying and making noise. So not ideal if you want to sleep well!!

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Topvakantie gehad!

Alles war in Ordnung! Das Essen war top. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

The hotel recently went under a renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary full breakfast was tasty and plentiful. In the two days we were there, the public computer did not have internet and could not print. However, the staff was nice enough to allow me access to the computer behind the front desk. The doors to the balcony are very old and the hotel is 15-20 yards from the main strip. The noise at night from garbage trucks and the traffic is definitely an issue.

Les seuls points négatifs à dire sont à propos de la nourriture, le petit déjeuner est très très basique, le déjeuner et le dîner également, il n'y a pas trop de choix ou de thème différents suivant les jours. Les boissons sont également restreintes lors des repas. Même lors des sorties en bateau conseillées (vers Santorini & Chrissi, les repas servis sont médiocre, si vous avez le choix ne prenez pas le repas proposé et privilégié quelque chose à emmener.

Autrement la chambre était bien même si forcément moins que sur les photos, endroit très calme pour nous, la femme de ménage passe tous les jours et est très aimable, tous le personnel de l’hôtel est sympa d'ailleurs, et surtout Marianna qui nous a conseillé les meilleurs coins à visiter dans le secteur et petit + elle vous donne son whatsapp pour pouvoir répondre à toutes vos questions y compris lorsqu'elle n'est pas forcément à l'acceuil.

La piscine est belle même si un peu froide en octobre, jardin propre et entretenu avec un peu de musique et un bar à coté de la piscine.

L'endroit où est situé l’hôtel est excellent, TOUT à proximité.

One week past in this hotel, perfect weather, nice swimming pool, good staff and bar.

Pay attention that part of this very large hotel is close to a noisy shopping street (shops not opened early but opened quite late) and that some of your neighbours may come to Hersonissos to party.
Your tranquility hence strongly depends on your room...

Χείριστη εξυπηρέτηση και παροχές. Εξαπάτηση του πελάτη που έχει προπληρώσει σε πολλά επίπεδα. Κανένας σεβασμός. Σας προτείνουν έξτρα χρέωση κλιματισμού ενώ είναι πληρωμένος και σας τοποθετούν σε παλαιές εγκαταστάσεις που ουδεμία σχέση έχουν με αυτές του ιστότοπου. Αν αντιδράσετε τότε σας εξυπηρετούν. Κακή καθαριότητα δωματίων. Γενικά όλη η περιοχή κοιτά να εξαπατήσει τους τουρίστες και τους πελάτες και το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δεν ξεφεύγει από τον κανόνα. Ήταν μία κακή εμπειρία.

Réceptionniste de nuit ADORABLE. Hotel sympa. Joli appart, bien décoré. Malheureusement, salle de bain non restaurée, exiguë et... pas vraiment nickel!
Cuisine un peu vétuste et ustensiles de vaisselle peu nombreux...

The rooms were great. The only disappointment was that, only one of the rooms had air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in during the evenings. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed everyday. Right in the centre of Hersonissos. Star beach resort was only 12 minute walk away, which had approximately 8 pools including, water parks, water sports, a gorgeous beach and foam parties at 16:00 everyday. Close to all bars, clubs and restaurants. All rooms were modern, as it was recently refurbished. The owner is young, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Albergo posizionato lungo la via principale. La camera era molto spaziosa, anche oltre le aspettative. Disponeva di 2 letti singoli in un locale e 1 letto matrimoniale nella altra parte della stanza. I servizi igienici sono il punto debole. Bagno vecchio con doccia piccola circondata da tendina e soffione da tenere perforza in mano.
Pulizia quotidiana discreta, ma su un soggiorno di 10 notti 1 solo cambio lenzuola.
Carino il terrazzino in camera con tavolino e sedie.
Consgliabile a chi non ha grandi pretese e cerca un punto di appoggio in buona posizione.

Bon rapport qualité prix, chambre propre, situé en hyper centre d'Hersonissos (un peu bruyant parfois, tout dépend de l'emplacement de la chambre), personnel accueillant et dispo 24h/24. Photos conformes à la réalité hormis pour la sbd qui était bcp plus petite qu'escomptée.
