從入住前到退房體驗感受都很不好，不會列為往後的度假首選

房間會飄臭味

房间装饰較舊，地磚鬆動。

We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast.

The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also like the location which is close to many restaurants and stores.

駅とバス停からはちょっと離れてますが、夜市やレストランなどは近くに沢山あり、いい場所でした。11階に泊まりましたが、窓が大きく眺めが良かったです。浴槽も広くて快適でした。エアコンはちょっとうるさかったです。

還不錯的環境跟設施，早餐最為驚豔

入住很多次，這次特別提出需要改進的地方，電話不通無法撥到服務台，還有網路線是連不上的，其它都不錯，尤其早餐豐富

溫泉池很大，溫泉很熱很舒服，整體感覺很棒！

Good service and friendly staff, spacious room and in-room hot spring tub.

房間一般，浴池夠大，早餐OK。

整體都很好，只是隔音有點差，樓上的一下午跑跑跳跳，還好晚上反應給櫃檯後，整晚都沒聲音了。

除了隔音外，都很好哦，入住還有提供水氧機，還可以選擇精油香味，很喜歡，。

早餐很豐富，好吃，尤其是手工麵包，每款都很好吃。

I've stayed here twice. It's a great way to experience the hot springs in complete privacy. They pipe the hot spring water to a huge bath in your own room. It's set up next to the windows, so once you're in you can open the curtains and enjoy the view. The bathroom is sealed off from the rest of the room, so the room stays cool and dry.

The location is great, right next to the main little downtown of Jiaoxi. The room is comfortable and quiet with good views.

As of August 2021, they are doing some kind of renovation or something, so you have to check in at the desk *next door* to the hotel. That was confusing, but not too inconvenient.

The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable. Ideally located in the center of the city.

The lady who greeted us over the check in counter was unfriendly. She has a terrible attitude and failed to treat the hotel guests politely. After all we paid to stay in this hotel and we deserved to be treated properly.
For the steep room price, other than the comfort of a big room and a big tub of hot spring, the breakfast is ok and the room looks tired. The location of the hotel is brilliant.

Spacious, good view. Friendly staff and provide pick up transport for check in and out.

The staff was very friendly and was nice to upgrade our room to suite. Very comfortable stay we had. Definitely will go back again
