Pros:

A very, very special hotel! The level of cleanliness there is something I have not encountered anywhere else in the world. The lady who arranges the rooms is charming and kind and simply does a perfect job. The attitude at the reception of the lady who works at night and Andreas who works in the morning is simply first-class customer service. Courtesy, professionalism, everything is about wanting to help and resolve any issue. The breakfast is continental and quite good, but the only thing missing is fresh vegetables and it would be perfect. The pool is the most perfect thing in the hotel, quiet, classy atmosphere and gorgeous design. We loved every moment of this hotel, I really recommend it. It is about 500 meters from the heart of Fira. There is a difficult climb every time, but it is marginal because there are so many advantages. We loved it very much and thank you very much for everything! We will definitely recommend and also return to the hotel and to the amazing Santorini!

Cons:

There was a problem with the lock of the door which didn't solved till our last day... not fun.

There was an unsolved problem with the door lock. Must've replace the entire lock. it took lots of time to open or close

Pros:

- Molto pulito, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento.
- piscina e ambiate si respira atmosfera luxury.
- presenza del ferro da stiro in camera
- balcone molto carino e con stendino.

Cons:

- Stanza un po' piccolina!
- la doccia di design senza porta fa sì che se non si sta attenti si allaga un po' ovunque.
-Il frigorifero quando si attacca e stacca fa rumore e mi ha svegliato qualche volta nella notte(Ma forse è solo un problema mio)!
- piccole cose che si sono rotte: maniglia bagno un po' lasca, mi è rimasta in mano, phon non funzionante (sostituto dal personale subito)...
- colazione con l'aggiunta di 15€ a persona è stata buona, ma con pochi prodotti.

舒適、放鬆，值得推薦
Pros:

住宿地點相當方便，距離fira主要道路走路約7分鐘，搭乘客運去Oia的總站也是只要走10分鐘。
房間設備相當充足，且飲用水充足，距離泳池很近、很棒，又有曬衣工具。

Cons:

浴室隔板只有一半，亞洲人比較不習慣，導致淋浴後水會灑滿整個地上，另外，浴室層架不足，且浴室門把壞掉沒有修。

Pros:

Struttura pulita e ordinata, in posizione ottimale, vicina al centro, alla fermata dei bus ma in zona tranquilla. Piscina davvero favolosa!

Cons:

Poca luce naturale, la camera al piano terra, e nessuna finestra in bagno.

Pros:

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Φηρών με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε transfer κάτι που αποτελεί σημαντικό παράγοντα μετακινήσεων. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό όπως και το μπάνιο. Η κ. Αγγελική στην υποδοχή ήταν κατατοπιστικότατη και καθημερινά γινόταν αλλαγή πετσετών. Ο χώρος της πισίνας αξιόλογος και χορηγούνται πετσέτες καθόλη την διάρκεια χρήσης της πισίνας.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο πιο μικρό από τις προσδοκίες μας, αλλά δεν αποτέλεσε κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα!
