Great staff! But a few issues with the hotel.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering local recommendations for us to check out during our vacation. Our room had a balcony and a nice view of the sea which was really lovely.

Cons:

We did encounter a few issues, which were no fault of the staff at all. We sometimes had no hot water in our room when we wanted to shower, which may have been due to others in the building using it at the same time. Unfortunately the power also went out in the middle of our first night, leaving an emergency light shining in the room until about 2am which made it very difficult to sleep. The staff told us this can happen when there are high winds on the island, so it's something to be aware of.

Pros:

It is a beautiful property with a good location and was quiet at night Cindy was amazing helping to sort out tickets and helping with logistics I can’t say enough about her and the cleaning staff were incredible very nice people I was sad to say goodbye

Pros:

La chambre et les installations de l'établissement sont très propres et très joli.

Cons:

L'humidité dans la chambre, mais je suppose que cest normal en raison de la saison.
Le petit déjeuner est froid même si on arrive à 8h. Peux être prévoir quelque chose pour le réchauffer ?

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do centrum, dworca autobusowego. Idealny punkt wypadowy. Cicho i spokojnie. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Cały obiekt bardzo czysty i dobrze utrzymany.

Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone

Perfect stay in the heart of Fira
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, property was in a great location and amenities were amazing and clean. Travelled with my parents and they also loved it so much. I came back as a solo traveller a few days later impromptu as I had a very pleasant experience there.

Very friendly staff with knowledge of Santorini
Pros:

First of all I was met by very friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. The staff were both very knowledgeable of Santorini and where I could go. They gave me names of restaurants plus tours I could do. Also the breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned every morning.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice, it's well positioned if you want to stay in Fira. A free parking lot is available at the end of the street, in case you are visiting Santorini by car/quad. The staff is super friendly and kind, happy to help with recommendations to make your stay memorable. We didn't use the pool, but it looks very nice.
