Der Empfang an der Rezeption und die Reaktion auf Beschwerden waren suboptimal - um nicht zu sagen frostig, abweisend und es wurde kein Interesse daran gezeigt, der Ursache, nachzugehen

Hervorragende Küche mit sehr freundlichem Service. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit umfangreichen, sehr angenehmen Kosmetikangebot. Großer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, wenige Meter zur Gondel, zentrale Lage im Ort, schöne Wandermöglichkeiten, hundefreundlich, alles sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert

Cons:

Die neue Hotelleitung ist höchst unprofessionell! Davon auszugehen, dass der gezeigte Kamin funktionsfähig ist, ist laut Hotel und booking.com mein Fehler. Auch, dass ich von einem ruhigen Hotel, wie beschrieben, ausgegangen war. Der Ton Gästen gegenüber bei Kritik ist ohne Worte und die Reaktion von booking.com auch.

Die Lage ist toll. 1min zum Lift. Toller Ski und Schuhkeller

Cons:

Das Essen ist eher langweilig und seltener Fleisch. Sonderwünsche werden nicht erfüllt. Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren lätschig.
