Pros:

Отель Николь оставил самые приятные впечатления. Несмотря на небольшие проблемы с бронью - на сайте выбирали с завтраком, при регистрации выяснилось что без завтрака, посещением отеля Николь остались довольны. Персонал мега вежлив, даже немножко напрягло, когда нам объясняли как пользоваться лифтом))), но возможно гости бывали в отеле разные. Чистота, обстановка в номере, санузел, наличие туалетных принадлежностей - всё на высоком уровне. При заселении предложили при необходимости взять второе одеяло. Рядом с отелем находится кондитерская в которой мы весьма бюджетно, но вкусно позавтракали. Машина постояла на охраняемой парковке после нашего выселения еще полдня. Порадовала близость ко всем видам транспорта и торговому центру. В общем и целом впечатления положительные.

В целом - хорошо. Минус- в номере был затхлый запах, хотя номер чистый. Плюс - сытный завтрак.

Staff speaks English (so rare to find)
Pros:

The staff was very kind, their English was good and they keen to do their best to give the best customer service. The room was big and clean. There is also a restaurant in the basement for breakfast to pay separately, but with satisfying range of choices. It seems to be close to the railway station, but it isn't at all: you need a taxi to get there.

Pros:

Claimed that "free breakfast" statement on my reservation means that breakfast is not included in the price (like "free of breakfast"). When I pointed out that they it says "free parking" and they agree that there is no charge for parking, they clearly didn't see the obvious absurd of the breakfast information. Even their own book service book in the room stated that breakfast is included. In any other hotels with real "customer service" you would expect an apology and waive the 450 rubles breakfast charge, but they really wanted to be paid for it. Not a big deal in $ at current conversion rates, but just silly to see the hotel staff behaving like that when they want to be known as "business hotel".

A great place to stay
Pros:

I selected this hotel because it was not far from from the rail station
the staff were fantastic went out of there way to make you welcome.Connected to the hotel is the breakfast and dinner restraints and a three lane bowling allie great location
