Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Olomouc mitten in einem schönen Park und ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab nichts was mir missfallen hätte.

Nagyon közel volt autóval a központhoz. Távol a város zajától.

Všetko bolo super až na detaily pri raňajkách.

Cons:

Obsluha- ženy, ktoré sa pri raňajkách pohybovali po jedálni, mali dlhé rozpustené vlasy, čo nie je zrovna štanadard , je to viac ako nevhodné ;-) A keď som na naberačke našiel dlhý ženský BLOND vlas, naskytala sa otázka, či patrí obsluhe, alebo jednej z dvoch ubytovaných žien, ktoré boli na raňajkách. Aj keď bola reštaurácia pri raňajkách prázdna, cca max 20 ľudí, obsluha neodnášala priebežne zo stolov taniere, ktoré hostia uź zjavne nechceli po dojedení použiť a dokonca ich dali pekne na kopu, aby im nezavadzali na stole a mohli jesť iné jedlo z ďalšieho taniera.. Obsluha odniesla taniere až po odchode hostí od stola. A ako TOPKa bola cedulka na servírovacom stoliku, kde bolo uvedené, aby naň hostia odniesli svoje taniere, na hotel danej kategórie je to viac ako drzé.
