I det stora hela var vi jättenöjda med boendet.
Pros:

Bra , stor och fin lägenhet, högt i tak och fin utsikt mot Grand Hotell Pupp.
Fin frukost och väldigt trevlig personal (speciellt Thomas i receptionen. )

Cons:

Inte så välutrustat kök, kunde bara använda en platta på spisen, annars gick säkringen. Hade också vart skönt med en fläkt som svalkade mer än den vi hade.

Besser und preiswerter geht kaum in Karlsbad!
Pros:

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und 1A-Lage direkt an der Promenade gegenüber vom Grandhotel Pupp. Sehr ruhig. Einfachere und etwas plüschige Zimmer, was aber zu diesem Hotel passt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Eierspeisen, Wurst-Käseauswahl, Süßes und frischem Obst - alles in prima Qualität. Hier muss man immer Preis und Leistung abwägen. Dafür alles hervorragend. Freundliches Personal. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Kostenpflichtig parken oder 20 Gehminuten entfernt auf kostenfreiem Parkplatz, aber das weiß man vorher! Dafür ist die Lage sensationell.

A wonderful place with a view of the famous Hotel Pupp. Beautiful interiors, including the ceilings in the room, are extraordinary. A very good breakfast. A great place with soul.

Cons:

an 80cm shower cabin is not appropriate in such a hotel...

Отель маленький , уютный , высокие потолки добавляют колорит.

Cons:

Вид с окна в стену. За эту же цену были апартаменты с видом на реку. Кровати. Для пары не очень удобно. Заранее просили двойную кровать.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang
Hilfsbereites und nettes Personal
Frühstück: mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, sehr leckerem Brot und Brötchen, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei

Cons:

Fernseher funktionierte nicht.
Zimmer nicht abdunkelbar.
Bad: ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (tropfender Wasserhahn, wackelnde Armatur, Dusche sehr klein und verkalkt)

Jak na tak mały hotel śniadanie było bardzo dużym i miłym zaskoczeniem. Lokalizacja wyśmienita do dłuższego wypoczynku. Dobrze pasujący wyglądem do przełomu XIX i XX w. Można poczuć klimat tamtych lat.

Cons:

Ogólnym problemem jest parking. Rezerwowaliśmy miejsce wcześniej i mieliśmy przy samym hotelu. Jednak przy większej ekipie byłby problem. Ale należy podkreślić ż eto jest problem całej miejscowości.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein absolutes No-Go war, dass nachts kein Mitarbeiter im Hotel anwesend war. Um 04:59 Uhr klingelte es ununterbrochen an der Eingangstür. Da niemand vom Hotel erreichbar war und das Klingeln über 15 Minuten andauerte, mussten wir selbst nach unten gehen und die Tür öffnen – obwohl wir nicht wussten, wer sich vor dem Hotel befand.

Dieses Verhalten ist aus Sicherheitsgründen äußerst problematisch und hat unseren Schlaf sowie unser Sicherheitsgefühl erheblich beeinträchtigt. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich, dass in solchen Situationen zumindest ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar ist. Leider hinterließ dies einen sehr negativen Eindruck.

Für einen Trip nach Karlsbad ok, nicht zu viel erwarten.
Pros:

Frühstück: keine frischen Brötchen, ansonsten Standart Frühstück, die Lage ist Top. Genau gegenüber vom Hotel Pupp. Das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat sogar unsere Koffer getragen. Sauber,

Cons:

Das Bett war hart wie eine Betonplatte, wie schon erwähnt gab es keine frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück, Sollte das Personal den Koffer nicht tragen, hier der Hinweis, man muss schon einige Stufen hoch bis zur Rezeption, danach gibt es einen Aufzug. Im historischen Gebäude mit hohen Räumen, gibt es im Zimmer auch einen schönen Kronleuchter. Leider ist dort nur eine Glühbirne im Betrieb.

Разположение на хотела, спокойно и тихо, въпреки че е на улицата, но тя е без изход и движението е ограничено. Удобни легла, сърдечен персонал. Момчето, което ни посрещна беше много усмихнат и внимателен. Закуската беше богата. Има и асансьор, удобен за по високите етажи.

Cons:

Ограничени места за паркиране, но ако сте с малко багаж има удобен и сигурен паркинг в гората срещу 10 евро за 24 часа на около 1.5 км преди хотела.
