Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten. Die sehr bemühte Mitarbeiterin, die auf alle unsere Anliegen eingegangen ist. Das Zimmer war sehr leise.

Cons:

Defekte Duschwanne+defekte Lampe am Badezimmerspiegel, durchgelegene Matratzen. Die Nachttischlampen waren mehr Deko als eine wirklich nutzbare Lichtquelle. Es gibt in der Ecke von Karlsbad keinen einzigen kostenlosen Parkplatz! Die Parkplätze vom Hotel liegen an der Straße, müssen am besten im voraus gebucht werden und liegen bei umgerechnet 25 Euro pro Tag (nicht in der Buchung/Preis des Zimmers inkludiert)

Super pobyt s krásným výhledem.
Pros:

Moc se nám líbila lokalita a veliký balkón s výhledem. Dále interiér byl velice krásný. Pán na recepci nám vyšel vstříc s možností ubytování se s pejskem.

Cons:

Něco, co by se dalo vylepšit by byla káva na snídani. Jinak mě nic nenapadá.

Poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá, v pěší dostupnosti centra Karlových Varů a lázeňské části.

Cons:

Bohužel úroveň hotelu podle mé zkušenosti neodpovídala očekávání od 4hvězdičkového ubytování. Pokoj působil zastarale, nábytek byl místy opotřebovaný a osvětlení pokoje bylo velmi slabé. V koupelně byla navíc poškozená vanička sprchového koutu. Největším zklamáním však byla snídaně. Jídelna je velmi malá a hosté musí v některých chvílích čekat, než se uvolní místo. Výběr jídel byl poměrně omezený, palačinky byly studené a například míchaná vejce při naší návštěvě chyběla. Nepříjemně mě překvapila také přítomnost psů v prostoru, kde se podává snídaně. Celkově pro mě kvalita ubytování ani snídaně neodpovídala deklarované kategorii hotelu.

Die Lage ist super, toller Ausblick

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alles sehr abgewohnt. Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, nur 6 Tische für das ganze Hotel - ABER - es wird externes Frühstück für "Nicht Gäste" angeboten - dann müssen die Hotelgäste warten bis sie einen Platz bekommen! Keine Parkplätze! Angeblich muss man bei Buchung reservieren, habe ich auch gemacht, einen Tag vor Ankunft wurde dann geschrieben dass alles voll sei, es gibt jedoch schlichtweg keine! Öffentlicher Parkplatz ca 500m gegen Gebühr.
