Pros:

Za nás velká spokojenost, velmi milý a ochotný personál. Pokoj moc hezký, prostorná novější koupelna, vše čisté. Ideální snídaně s větším výběrem, vše průběžně doplňováno. Naprosto skvělá lokalita. Rády se sem vrátíme.

Cons:

Problémy se signálem tv. Nám to na dovolené nevadilo, nicméně někomu může.

Toplocatie! Geweldig uitzicht! Stijlvolle barokke inrichting. Behulpzame en vriendelijke staf en management.

Prachtig gelegen hotel met chique uitstraling en eigen parkeerplek. Groot appartement op bovenste verdieping

Cons:

Helaas klopte indeling niet ontbrak 1pers bed, slapen op de sofa niet te doen, ijzeren frame kwam door dunne matrasje

Die Lage ist genial, sehr zentral 👍
Das Personal ist klasse, super nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und romantisch, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.👌

Cons:

Leider war der Boden der Dusche etwas brüchig.

Tolles, romantisches Hotel in Top-Lage und 1a-Personal!! Einfach nur super!
Pros:

Ganz tolles, kleines Hotel in absolut traumhafter Lage. Personal besonders lobenswert und superfreundlich,wir sind selten so herzlich in Empfang genommen worden. Das kleine Team hat alles perfekt im Griff. Parkplatz (vorher per Email reserviert, 25,-€ pro Tag) 10 Meter neben dem Hotel Eingang, was bei der Parksituation in Karlsbad einfach perfekt war. Beim Frühstück war wirklich eine sehr gute Auswahl vorhanden, alles mit Liebe hergerichtet. Das ganze Flair, die alten Möbel, dem Stuck, Kronleuchtern etc., es war einfach toll und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊👍🏼. Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach!!

Es war alles super, wir haben keine Beschwerden.
