Einige Verbesserung erforderlich, sonst sehr gutes Hotel mit Blick auf das Grandhotel Pupp.
Pros:

Super Lage. Freundliches Personal. Sehr geräumige Zimmer.
Prima Frühstück, besonders am ersten Tag. Hier wurde sogar Prosecco angeboten.
Hoteleigene Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden (allerdings relativ teuer).

Cons:

Heizung defekt (allerdings stand ein Elektrolüfter da). Duschwanne gerissen, sollte meines Erachtens dringend getauscht werden. Rezeption am Anreisetag nicht ständig besetzt.
Am zweiten Morgen stand der Sektkühler noch da, eine Flasche war nicht mehr drin.

Celkově se nám na hotelu líbilo, trochu nás mrzely negativa (postel a lampičky), ale i přesto byl náš pobyt velmi poziti
Pros:

Hotel byl příjemně cenově dostupný vzhledem k lokalitě, interiér byl hezky vyzdoben. Snídaně měla široký výběr a jídlo bylo výborné. Personál byl velmi příjemný.

Cons:

Bohužel u jedné postele byly poškozené rošty a nebyl už dostupný jiný pokoj. Nefungovaly též obě lampičky na nočních stolcích.

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак, в номере было тепло, нам предложили обогреватель, если замёрзнем. Не включали ни разу так на улице потеплело.

Cons:

Сантехника не вся работает. Кран в номере подтекал, гигиенический душ не работал, дверца в душе не закрывается.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Alisia
Pros:

Die stilvolle Einrichtung, der Stuck, die Teppiche haben uns besonders gefallen.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Lage war top. Wir waren direkt im Kurviertel. Es war alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein wunderschönes Gebäude, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit sehr tollen Mitarbeitern, das Frühstück war gut 👍

Cons:

Leider, war es etwas kalt in dem Haus, die Heizungsanlage schafft es nicht die Zimmer aus zuheizen, draußen hatten wir minus 7 Grad.
Die Angestellten hatten uns noch zusätzlich einen kleinen Heizlüfter in das Apartment gestellt, damit wir nicht frieren.

Vstřícný a milý personál. V pokoji bylo chladno, ale pan recepční nám zapůjčil přímotop a do konce pobytu se ujišťoval o našem pohodlí a zážitku. :)

Krásný, starší hotel, moc dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Na pokoji bylo v chladno, ale obsluha nám v rychlosti pomohla.

Nepohodlná byla jen postel, proleželá matrace + rošty pod matrací opakovaně padali, tak se člověk nemohl ani hnout.

Проверяйте перечень услуг! Пишут что есть сауна, ее нет! Стоянка городская, и ни какого отношения не имеет к отелю.

Сауны нет, стоянки нет, в номере сказать что холодно, значит ни чего не сказать. Как на улице, только нет ветра. Если бы не персонал, которые дали чайник и обогреватель, нас бы сразу увезли в больницу!

Ontzettend fijn appartement in een hele goeie ligging, het was een topvakantie!

Het ontbijt was elke dag net wat anders, maar er was genoeg keuze om de dag goed te beginnen!

Cons:

De receptie was vaak dicht, of de medewerker was er niet (ook niet met het belletje indrukken), ook een beetje eng, als er gast-gegevens open staan voor iedereen om te zien op de computer.

Náš pokoj byl velmi velký a krásně zařízený. Měl hodně oken a balkon. Moc se mi líbil.“

Protože byl pokoj velký, bylo v něm chladno. Kvůli chladu mi tam bylo trochu nepříjemně.
