Dusche war dreckig und der Abfluss verstopft, es hatte teilweise kein Toilettenpapier, kein Waschbecken bei der Toilette, unter dem Bett alles komplett verstaubt, Vorhänge mühsam, um Zimmer effektiv abzudunkeln, kein phyischer Kontakt, um gewisse Fragen und Details zu klären, Informationen zum Wlan mussten erfragt werden, nirgendwo eine Anleitung zu finden

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect! Close to the city centre / Museum district if that's what you're here for. Also close to some public transport options and nice restaurants in the neighborhood

Cons:

Even though it's a self-check in make sure you arrive before 10PM. There will be NOBODY on premisses and NOBODY on the emergency telephone line. Our door-lock was malfunctioning which meant we couldn't get into our room for the first night and had to emergency stay at a hostel nearby. They only picked up the phone 9:00am the next morning after trying multiple times.

Konum çok idealdi, şehirde metro ve toplu taşımaya genel olarak yakındı. Ama bazı sokaklara erişim merdivenliydi, o yüzden bavulla yürümek çok konforlu sayılmaz.

Cons:

Yatak ve yastıklar pek rahat değildi. Ben çok kısa süre konakladığım için çok sorun yaşamadım. Ama daha uzun kalış için tercih etmezdim.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team,



I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay booked through your platform under the booking reference 6163549067



The room I was provided with was significantly smaller, poorly maintained, and not at all as advertised on your website. The photos and description on Booking.com were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or size of the room I received.



Due to this serious discrepancy between the advertised accommodation and the reality, my stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Had the room been accurately described, I would never have proceeded with this booking.



As this constitutes false advertising and failure to provide the agreed service, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid.



I trust Booking.com values transparency and customer satisfaction, and I expect this matter to be handled promptly.

Cons:

Мне не дали ту комнату, которая была на фотографии. В первой комнате я нашла клопы, что не очень приятно было, но меня сразу перевели в комнату побольше и почище, где я прожила 3 дня, пока не освободилась другая комната.
