Jedoch konnten wir die ganze Nacht nicht richtig schlafen, da ein Gerät vor unserer Tür ein unerklärliches, nicht aufhörendes Klick-Geräusch von sich gegeben hat. Zudem hatte es in der geteilten Toilette (in der Herren und der Damen Toilette) an unserem letzten Abend bis am Morgen, als wir gehen mussten kein Toilettenpapier, was für eine geteilte Toilette für einen ganzen Stock von ca. 7 Zimmer doch zu erwarten ist.
Das Time out Hotel war günstig, aber selbst den günstigen Preis war es nicht wert.

The code to get into my room did not work at all. I understand I arrived after the hours where they can respond, but there was absolutely no way for me to get into my room the first night, so I literally did not sleep at all the first night (which I paid for) and had to wait from 12 AM to 9 AM to receive any kind of response. Then they told me that since my code was not working, I had to use the emergency key. I asked why they did not tell me the code to get the key prior to my arrival, and they said that "it is an emergency key", but why could they not tell me the key code just IN CASE I were unable to get into my room? (which clearly I could not). It just makes sense to give your customers a second plan to enter their room, even if they do not end up using it. Once I got into my room, it was alright, except for the fact that the sheets and blankets were pretty dirty (you could see dust and hair on them). The Wi-Fi in my room was also horrible, so I always had to use it outside of my room. I was also not the only one who had trouble getting into their room. There were actually two groups of people who had this exact same problem. The first group was the day after I finally got into my room. They told me they could not get into their room, to which I said that they would end up needing to get the key to get in. The second group was the day after the first group, which could not get into their room, to which I also said that they would need the key. It just does not make any sense to me why they would not tell you how to get the key in case you do need it in the little instructions manual that they send you on your phone prior to your arrival.

Había ruido de 2 cafeterías que había justo debajo. Una de ellas era también como un pub, y sobre las 12:30 - 13:00 de la noche seguía el retumbar de los bafles de la música no permitiendo dormir bien.
Me despertaban de vez en cuando.
Para mi parecer, estaba un poco alta la música para la hora que era ya.

No había personal, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación ningún día. La pieza estaba sucia
