Boa localização. Cuidado com o “golpe” no check in

O hotel é antigo, mas a localização é excelente, em um ótimo ponto em Miraflores, bem perto do shopping.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O principal problema que tivemos, no entanto, foi no pagamento. No momento do check in, o funcionário me obrigou a realizar o pagamento na maquininha em soles, ao invés de dólares, como é comum em qualquer outro estabelecimento. No entanto, a cotação utilizada não foi a da própria maquininha - como é comum aonde você escolhe a moeda de conversão - mas sim uma taxa arbitrária definida pelo próprio hotel. Em resumo, a reserva original é feita em dólares, o hotel define uma cotação que obviamente o beneficia, faz a conversão “por fora”, e cobra na maquininha em soles peruanos. Isso evidentemente aumentou o custo total projetado, e imagino que até contrarie algumas regras do próprio Booking. No momento do pagamento questionei o procedimento, mas o funcionário alegou que não conseguia mudar a moeda de pagamento na maquininha “por ordem da gerência”. Um evidente oportunismo e arbitrariedade que nos pegou desprevinidos. Além desta avaliação , ainda vou reportar essa conduta á Booking para que eventuais responsabilizações sejam averiguadas. Em suma, pelos outros pontos mencionados, o hotel ainda vale a pena. Mas para evitar este pequeno golpe, planeje-se para levar o valor do pagamento em dólares (moeda física) , e não sofrer essse mesmo prejuizo.

Nice stay, great value for money
Pros:

The location is great, so is the breakfast with fresh omelettes. Quiet room, didn’t hear a noise from outside. Nice hot tub to relax after a busy day out in Lima.

Cons:

The property is dated. But that’s fair taking into account the price.

Luxuoso, bem localizado e limpo!
Pros:

Funcionários super solícitos, excelente localização em Miraflores, café da manhã com várias opções, tem possibilidade de serviço de quarto ou de não incomodo, quarto super limpo, com espaço mais do que precisava, além de uma banheira de hidromassagem extraordinária! Se ao acaso voltar em Lima, com certeza eu ficaria novamente no hotel, assim como indicaria para amigos e familiares.

Did not meet my expectation at this price point.

The location, it is very close to Larcomar shopping mall.

Cons:

The overall service. There was no water in the room and even after requesting, non was provided. There was also just one roll of toilet tissue and hat to make two requests before more was added

Un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura un po’ datata ma con camere enormi e confortevoli. Ottima colazione e posizione
Pros:

Camera standard sorprendentemente grande e spaziosa. La camera era pulita e confortevole anche se l’arredamento risultava un po’ datato. Molto buona anche la colazione con una buona varietà di prodotti e la possibilità di avere l’omelette preparata al momento. Personale gentile e ambiente molto silenzioso sia rispetto alle altre camere sia rispetto alla strada. La posizione è strategica per muoversi a Miraflores e raggiungere facilmente anche Barranco.

Cons:

La struttura e le camere avrebbero bisogno di un aggiornamento. La colazione è molto buona ma ho trovato poca scelta nella parte dolce. La piscina è davvero molto piccola e a mio avviso poco utilizzabile. In occasione di un ritardo del mio volo non è stato inoltre possibile ottenere il rimborso della notte non utilizzata
