No water all night I check out 9:00 am and still no water I hope you will not charge me with this reservation….

Evening meal a problem.
Pros:

It was a reasonable stay and good value. Places to eat for dinner are too far away as the hotel restaurant was closed. Breakfast was ok just.There didn’t seem a way to get a take-away delivery urge.

Pros:

Comodissimo da raggiungere, perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista, tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno c'è ed è di ottimo livello. "Strategica" la rilassante piscina nel caldo di agosto.

Pros:

Réservation et paiement faits pour une demi pension pour 3 personnes ; mais déception à l'arrivée car l'hotel a refusé de nous faire la demi pension au prix indiqué par hotel.com. Après réclamation on nous a servi un plat typiquement italien que nous devions payer(on était en grèce c'est dommage) dehors au bord de la piscine dans le noir (21h)et pas de dessert. Le SPA était fermé durant notre séjour ce qui était dommage. On avait choisi cet hotel pour la demi pension et le spa manque de chance : ni l'un ni l'autre

Pros:

Όλα καλά, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια, ευγενική συμπεριφορά, το πρωινό ήταν ό,τι έπρεπε, πλούσιο και με ποικιλία. Ωραίο στρώμα στο κρεβάτι. Ίσως θα χρειαζόταν μεγαλύτερος χώρος στάθμευσης οχημάτων κοντά στην είσοδο και όχι τόσο μεγάλος προς τα πίσω του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά αυτά είναι λεπτομέρειες. Αν υπάρχει αυτοκίνητο/μοτοσικλέτα είναι καλή η θέση του ξενοδοχείου, πολύ κοντά στην Άρτα αλλά και έξω για να μη μπλέκεις με την κίνηση και το παρκάρισμα όταν φτάνεις στο ξενοδοχείο.
