Eski otel, kaba resepsiyon görevlisi, her sabah sular kesiliyor

Otopark görevlisi kibar bir arkadaş.

Resepsiyon görevlisi çok kaba. Özellikle Erh.. isimli resepsiyon görevlisi minibarı kullanmadığımız halde meyve suyu içtiğimizi iddia ederek arkamızdan görevli gönderdi. Fatura talebimize nereye ödediyseniz oradan alın şeklinde kaba cevap verdi.

Otelde üç gece kaldık. Her sabah sular kesiliyor. İlk sabah duş alırken sular kesildi. Banyo yapabilmek için resepsiyonu aramanız gerekiyor. Muhtemelen hidroforla ilgili bir sorun var. Otel çok eski. Eşyalar, yataklar her şey eskimiş.

Für die eine Nacht war es okey
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, wir sind früher als geplant angekommen, sie haben versucht uns so schnell wie möglich ein Zimmer zu organisieren.

Cons:

Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Zimmer müssten mal generalsaniert werden, das Whirpool im Bad war undicht, einmal geduscht und ales stand unter Wasser.

جنبه سوبر ماركت كبير A101
الموظفين متعاونين ويتكلمون انجليزي
وساعدونا في التسجيل الخروج متاخر
الفطور جيد لايوجد تنوع وعادي جدا.
واتوقع اكثر فنادق تركيا الافطار اقل من عادي لحد يطمح لشي فاخر نفس دولنا

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü hepsine tek tek teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. Çeşit bol.

Tesis temiz değil. Banyoyu insan kullanmaktan çekiniyor. Çarşaflar temiz değil. Koltuklarda terleme lekeleri mevcut. Aile ve çocuklarınız konaklamasında insan rahat etmez. Çok kirli her yer. Günübirlik kullanılan pansiyon tarzı yerlere benziyor. Otelin kalite hizmeti ve tamizliği orantılı değil. Verdiğim fiyata daha iyi bi yerde kalabilirdim. Ama yine de herkese teşekkür ederim. Çok yardımcı oldular.

Pros:

El staff nos ayudó en lo que pudo ya que tuvimos que cambiar varias veces de habitación.

Cons:

Instalaciones deterioradas, no está limpio, olor a tabaco en las habitaciones. No se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada.
