Excellent , and variety of selection I like it.
I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent stay. The king-size bed was uncomfortable and did not provide adequate back support. It felt unstable and not strong enough to properly support the spine, which made resting difficult.
Additionally, several items that were listed as included in the room were not actually available. Please review and update your room inventory descriptions so they accurately reflect what guests will find.
I would appreciate your attention to these issues to help improve future guest experiences.
Thank you.
The locatuon is okay. Hotel has underground parking.
Food smell is coming to room # 410
Desserts and coffee
Location. Bed was comfortable.
I was asked to pay with foreign currency even though it was not stated that I have to. Finally we worked it out with the manager Mr. Ephrem and he was very helpful. But next time it would be better to put a remark about it to avoid further misunderstanding with guests.
Services were excellent
Non purified water
Beggars on street outside
African Food
regular checks at the entrance
I liked the fresh flowers at the entrance and how helpful the gentlemen at the entrance were.
The book in tge room indicated the availability of contemporary breakfast. However 2 if us were told to pay while others did not?
Wifi didn't work, TV didn't work, tired interior, single glazed french windows next to giant building site. Receptionist say non Ethiopians have to pay everything in US dollar and aren't allowed to use local currency, This is a scam Ethiopian birr is legal tender and of course accepted everywhere.. I been living in Ethiopia for 19 years and never heard this one before, then viewing the hotels exchange rate i realised why as its roughly 10% below the bank rate so literally conning tourists out of their money.
This is my second time to visit the hotel. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the meals were delicious.
The parking space is too small. But the staff were attentive and even helped park my car in a tight spot.
Walking distance to Bole Street and shopping areas
Airport shuttle
excellent customer service, excellent food with fair pricing,
safe, and clean.
Parking is crowded and traffic congested.
Overall, I am pleased with my stay.
The only thing that I liked is the location.
The staff members particularly the receptionists were so mean and unwelcoming. I don't know why and how you recruited them all. The sales (commercial) girl was dealing the price for a night with nearly 'double the cost' posted on Booking.com. I am so pity for the company.
