Everything was great. After a long airplne trip, it was a great place to relax. The location is perfect with easy actions to the museums and Metro. Also, a great area to walk around in.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance from many of the main attractions, and also close to themetro.

no free drinking water in the rooms and hotel staff explain this as covid-safety measures. quite strange isn't it? but then the minibar is full...

Всё очень понравилось: персонал на рецепции ,чистота, новые современные номера расположение, включенный в стоимость спортзал, но немного душновато в номере, т.к. окно не открывается.

Отель хороший, но в лобби-бар лучше не ходить
Pros:

Лобби-бар мрачноват, было не очень приятно там ужинать в компании слишком выпивающих людей, в остальном все понравилось. Номер хороший только вид подкачал - четные номера смотрят на улицу, а мой нечетный упирался в какое-то административное здание. Чтобы пойти в душ (и потом выйти из него в том, в чем обычно выходят из душа), мне нужно сначала полностью зашторить окно, а днем это делать не очень приятно. Еще один странный момент - персонал явно устал от масок и носит их на подбородке. Ну так не носили бы уж тогда совсем, ради чего эта показуха? В целом отель понравился, выглядит новым, приятно находиться. Жаль, что все время работал :)

Проблема с микроклиматом
Pros:

Ужасная ситуация с климатической системой, три раза там останавливались и все не очень хорошо. В последний визит спать было не возможно, кондиционер работает для вида, всю ночь ребенка обдували, не возможно было спать.

Decent, but not great
Pros:

Beware that the hot water may not always work in the winter. We tried to change rooms right away but they said they would "call the technician." After finally changing rooms the water was still cold. Otherwise, the hotel is fine and the location is a quick walk to anywhere you want to go. I would call it 3, not 4 stars.

Pros:

Fresh clean hotel but room supposed to be air conditioned bedroom very hot not allowing for a good night sleep.

Some bar and restaurant staff very pushy and wouldn’t just let us relax, wanted to get the food order as soon as we sat at the bar.

The reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent and helpful.
Overall a little bit of customer service would make it a great hotel.
