Aufenthalt gut, Lage, Kommunikation & Sauberkeit mittelmäßig
Pros:

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie in diesem Hotel und hatten aufgrund der großzügigen Zimmergröße ausreichend Platz. Das Zimmer war wirklich geräumig, was für uns sehr angenehm war.

Als wir am Abend eingecheckt haben, hat leider jemand auf unserer Etage geraucht. Der Rauchgeruch war im Flur sehr stark und unangenehm. Zum Glück war dieser am nächsten Morgen verschwunden.

Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da kein Mitarbeiter Englisch sprach. Mit einer Übersetzungs-App hat es letztendlich funktioniert, allerdings war die Verständigung dadurch recht mühsam.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur mit einer längeren Fahrt erreichbar. Positiv ist jedoch, dass sich eine Metrostation in fußläufiger Entfernung befindet, sodass man trotzdem gut unterwegs ist oder man benutzt Didi, was einwandfrei funktioniert.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, allerdings hätte die Sauberkeit insgesamt etwas gründlicher sein können.

Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen.

На мой взгляд это лучший отель, в котором я когда либо останавливался. Отличное расположение (до площади Тяньаньмынь около 30 минут пешком, до Запретного города минут 40, на такси минут 10-15), рядом много магазинов, кафе. Номер просторный, чистый, уборка дважды в день (с контролем качества), в номере есть все что нужно из принадлежностей (тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки, бритва и много чего еще). Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Но самое главное что запало в сердце - это отношение персонала к гостям. Любой запрос выполнялся максимально хорошо (огромная благодарность консьержу Alex, который среди ночи помог найти и заказать необходимое лекарство). Любая ситуация или проблема с гостем доходила до управляющего и решалась максимально положительно для гостей. Такого внимания я не ощущал нигде ранее. Рекомендую этот отель на 110%.
