Большинство персонала не говорят по-английски, ужасно долгое обслуживание в кафе лобби. Ресторан работает до 21-30, далее только лобби. Номера ОЧЕНЬ уставшие, в комнатах мрак, такое ужасное освещение, что начинает болеть голова

Staff of check-in counter and housekeeping were execellent. They understand our needs and attended expeditiously. Well done.

Cons:

We booked four pax but were given two sets of towels. Complimentary drinks were not available and safe in the room was not working when check-in. One of the lights was not functioning aftee two days.

Luckily the housekeeping staff (a middle-aged Chinese lady) attended expeditiously.
