Good stay but rooms do require an upgrade.
Pros:

The staff were really.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated. Ours had a really bad smell, carpets were stained. shower had stains. The service levels were good but the rooms require upgrades.

Pros:

The concierge service was not professionally handled, I did inquiry for the airport pick up but was not responded properly, then I arranged another travel agency. In fact I also changed pick up at the train station instead at the airport.

Cons:

The hotel contacted me at the same time and day that I was on my way to the hotel and they insist I have to pay for the service. Compare to the travel agent that pick me up, they keep contacting before the day I arrive

The rooms and facilities are in need of an overhaul and upgrades.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was dark and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were big stains on the carpet. The food quality at the JW Kitchen was subpar and the service was poor.

Good staff and experience. Outdated rooms
Pros:

The property had amazing staff, could not accomodate two groups on the same floor which is a bit inconvenient.

Cons:

Outdated rooms, it had a strong smell. Carpet was stained and showers had stains in them showing the age and maintanance had gone down recently.

Amazing concierge.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional comfort of the bed and, above all, the outstanding concierge team—Billy, Leon, and Triangel. They were full of good advice and very caring.

Overall a great stay.
Pros:

Location was central and convenient. Very good ambience in the foyer.
One of the best service from friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay. The breakfast was exceptional- again one of the best!

Cons:

The room got too hot during the night- maybe the mattress had a wool topper that made the bed too warm.
