I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Beijing Central. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent throughout my visit.
What really made the experience memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Johan, Triangle, and Olivia for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and would gladly stay here again.

The stay with my family was excellent, after a long day of tours it was lovely to come back to hotel

Breakfast is excellent & offers an array of choices; no one will go hungry, even fussy eaters can find something to eat.

The rooms are a little dated and dark but overall, good, the rooms are very clean and spacious

Pros:

Les personnels sont très gentils.
Chambres spacieuses, nous avons bien aimé la piscine ainsi que l’espace detente.
Localisation est top aussi, facile à se déplacer aux sites touristiques.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was nice and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is very convenient, with everything you need close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Cons:

One downside was the swimming pool policy requiring a swim cap. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when booking, rather than finding out at the time of the visit.

The rooms are outdated. Ours had a really bad smell, carpets were stained. shower had stains. The service levels were good but the rooms require upgrades.
