Trotz meiner misslungen Buchung (hatte mich verlesen) konnte das sofort beim ersten Anruf ausgebessert werden. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und bemüht. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Ansonsten sind, wie bereits in meiner Bewertung angegeben, keine wünsche offen geblieben.

Cons:

Please remove the bowing statue in the breakfast room - it can hurt people’s feelings with the stereotyped facial features.

Nice place, enjoyed my stay. Friendly lady on reception, good room, good breakfast, enjoyed the spa access. Second stay, hope to stay there again. Had one small issue (will mention below), but overall stay was great, can't rate it below 10.

Cons:

Checked other reviews, some other guests also mentioned that - the bed mattress was too soft. Maybe some other guests need soft mattresses, I would prefer something more orthopedic. Would be nice if the hotel could equip some rooms with different mattresses and make them available on request (subject of availability).

Hotelul are check-in pana la 19.30 , dar pentru cei care ajung dupa aceasta ora iti lasa cheia de acces la intrare, accesul in hotel/camera fiind foarte usor.

Cons:

Taxa pentru accesul la sauna pentru turistii cazati.

Pros:

Gemütliches Bett, viel Platz, sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Frühstück sehr groß, ausreichendes Sortiment. Kaffee war ebenfalls top geröstet.

Cons:

Therme Baden ist eher ein Hallenbad, viel zu kalt.. als Therme dürften sie sich nicht betiteln - da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.
