Csodás helyen nagyszerű fürdőszálló - nem éppen olcsó.
Pros:

Csodálatos patinás (Beethoven is lakott itt többször) szálloda. A beslső építészet feledhetetlen - eklektikus - modern IS. A szoba hatalmas. Nagyon közel a thermál uszoda, ami az árban bent foglaltatik.

Cons:

A reggeli jó volt - ha az a kérdés hogy ehhez a 4* osszinvonalhoz tartozott -e, hát ebben kételkedem. A szobánk világitása nem volt kielégitő-elégséges.

In principle a good hotel, but they spoiled it with bad communication.
Pros:

Modernized castle where Beethoven was said to live in 1824/25. They did (overdid) a job in modernizing the common spaces and make them “instagramable”. The breakfast and breakfast space is good, the connection to the spa (which is public and doesn’t belong to the hotel as the pic suggests) is pleasant. Close to Vienna and reachable by train, good basis for walking the Wienerwald and exploring Baden old town.

Cons:

They reminded me “again” at first contact that local taxes have to be paid at the end of the stay, and then repeating this message 2-3 times. For in our case 21 Euro… No “welcome dear guest etc…” at first contact. When I told them this is not the way to communicate with guests, they doubled down. Additionally, the lighting in our room was bad and there is no reading light by the bed.

Pros:

Bardzo ciekawie i ładnie zaprojektowane wnętrza. Bogate i urozmaicone śniadanie. Blisko termy (przejście korytarzem). Dużo miejsca na relaks, odpoczynek, wypicie drinka.

Cons:

Pani z recepcji była trochę nieuprzejma i zbyt stanowcza. Byliśmy w okresie świąt. Odmawiała każdej prośby. Dotyczyło to zarówno Nas, jak i innych gości, którzy byli w podobnej sytuacji. Dosyć zagmatwane zasady parkowania przed hotelem.
