O café da manhã é muito bom, porém a academia é muito fraca: poucos equipamenros e os que tinham estavam velhos e quebrados. Esse tipo de condição não condiz com este hotel. Seria melhor abolir a academia…

Lugar aislado, lejos de todo, tranquilo. Buen lugar para descansar

Nice setting with great view but a bit remote from vineyards and restaurants. Our room (205) was not the best - noisy and in need of some repairs. Staff very helpful.

The property is nice and a good value for the money, with beautiful views. The main issue we had was finding the place, as we arrived at night and there were no lights and the property is tucked into a vineyard quite a ways (Google maps doesn't show the correct location, just the outer gate). The hotel should consider placing more signs pointing where to go, and light things up more. We completely missed some of the signs in the dark and were lost for an hour trying to find this place.

Tudo muito bom, quarto grande e confortável com um banheiro gigante. A única coisa que me incomodou foi uma parede de pedra que tem no espaço perto da cozinha onde serve as refeições, essa parede tem um cheiro de esgoto/vomito, depois que sentei do lado dela aquele cheiro não saia mais quando entrava no ambiente.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great food and service. Very insightful for helping plan some spur of the moment visits for lunch and wineries. I really enjoyed waking the vineyards with the areas with the cute dogs and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Great hiking in mountains just over an hours drive.

Bar ótimo, faltou alguma experiência com vinhos, pois é uma região que vive sobre !!!!!

O lugar é lindo e o hotel muito bom, restaurante muito bom, mas é bem afastado e uma parte da estrada é de terra e pedras. Recomendo o aluguel de carro ou contratação de motorista.

A little tired, low maintenance, nice staff, good food, but hardware, tired

It's really difficult to understand what Auberge du Vin means. There is absolutely nothing specific about the wine in this hotel. Ok, the place is around a vineyard, during grape season you can see lots of Malbecs on the balcony, but I wanted a little more wine culture. A complimentary bottle of wine in the room would be better than a bottle of water. Maybe pairing dinner or tasting local wines. So it's a good hotel, but as good as many in the world

The hotel was clean and nice. The drive on dirt roads to get there was not. Signage was poor and gps was wrong. Got lost in the vineyard several times. Parking was on dirt and barely sufficient. In the middle of some of the most stunning views in the entire area the siting and architecture of the hotel managed to miss them all. The staff was great and the food was good too.

The Auberge is located in the middle of a vineyard, though it is not attached or affiliated with a working winery. In spite of some language problems, the service at the hotel was excellent, and the rooms and facility were very clean. The views of the Andes were spectacular.

I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating; however, the facility is getting tired, with a lot of paint patches, chipped countertops, outdated power outlets, and some furniture that has seen better days. The office chair in our room (as an example) had no support for the seat, and I worried about falling through.

The service was great, but language was an issue, with the front desk not always able to communicate, and issues with orders being understood in the restaurant. The food was excellent if you actually got it.

Considering that this hotel is really located in the middle of a field, and that it is far from any cities in a very rural area, these are minor inconveniences.

Also, it is important to note that the hotel is about 1.5 hours from Mendoza, and down a long series of unimproved roads. Allow a lot of time traveling to and from the hotel to pretty much anywhere.

Beautiful property but non-gravel drivers beware

We went to the Auberge for a quiet relaxing stay in the countryside and that is what the Auberge provided. The room was spacious and well appointed. Food at the restaurant Epic was excellent.
